Roan had been trying to reach Ocean through the communication device but he couldn't get any response, he couldn't even get his voice through.
"What the hell is wrong with this thing? Why can't I reach him?" He grimaced while Kai who was also in the office trying to reach Ocean through his own personal communication device given to him by Ocean was also facing the same problem.
"I think Master isn't wearing his communication device." Kai suggested, or else they knew it was impossible to not reach Ocean even through Kai's device.
The kidnapping attempt on Kai wasn't even that long back and suddenly there was a huge fire at the Oasis Foundation school. It wasn't a coincidence nor was it an impulsively made attempt. They knew Ocean wasn't around and they also knew that Kai and Oasis was Ocean's weakness that's why they specifically targeted them.
"Mr Roan, do you think there's a mole among us?" Kai asked after a long pause.
