"Well, don't you know how to make an entrance!" Alvera said as she turned to Seraiya. "I've been looking for you" she added. "Good," said Seraiya. -Damien Get Anya out of there now- Seraiya Linked to Damien "I've been looking for you too" Seraiya added. Damien slipped through the frozen crowd and made his way to Anya. He put his finger over his mouth telling her to keep quiet as he helped her up and tried to sneak her away.
"here and now I'm finally gonna kill you," Seraiya told Alvera in her attempt to distract her. "that reminds me," Alvera said as she turned to Anya and Damien. Suddenly a spike stabbed Anya through the chest. Her eyes went wide in shock as all Damien could do was step back in surprise. "NO!" Seraiya yelled as she suddenly teleported to Anya's side catching Anya in her arms as she fell.
"Anya" Seraiya said as she moved the hair out of Anya's face suddenly she heard a man scream from within the frozen crowd. It was Aaron. "look at that another one dead" Alvera said simply as Seraiya stared frozen into Anya's Lifeless eyes. Aaron suddenly fell to his knees in front of Anya and Seraiya. His eyes were full of anger and sadness as he stared down at the woman he loved. "I tried to save her" Seraiya whispered. Aaron was silent as he placed his hand on Anya's forehead. Aaron closed her eyes as he tried to feel her. Anya was gone, he was sure of that now, and he couldn't even say goodbye. He kissed Anya on the head and stood up he shifted into his wolf form and took off running towards Alvera. As he lunged at her a spike quickly impaled him in his side forcing him to fall to the ground.
"Now that was just suicide," Alvera said sarcastically "Ianuae mihi" Seraiya said teleporting Aaron next to her. "do whatever you can to keep him alive," Seraiya told Damien. he nodded and quickly kneeled to Aaron and began to use healing magic on him.
Seraiya gently set Anya's body on the ground, then stood up and slowly turned to Alvera. "what do you get out of all this death?" Seraiya asked "It doesn't give you power" she added. "so what does it give you?" she asked. "Satisfaction" Alvera answered. Suddenly a tree next to Alvera blew up sending small pieces of bark flying. Alvera didn't flinch. "was that supposed to scare me?" Alvera asked. "no," Seraiya said simply. "I know I can't scare you" Seraiya added. Suddenly Alvera went flying back. "I'm done with your games, I'm done playing and I'm done letting you win," Seraiya told her. "This is where it ends" she continued "for one of us or both of us, but no matter what it ends here," Seraiya told Alvera.
Alvera suddenly appeared in front of Seraiya and grabbed her by the neck. seraiya tried to push away but was unable. "it's you who will end here," Alvera told her. "it wasn't that long ago I had a taste of your power," Alvera said with a smug smile. "I'll admit it felt amazing to absorb that power, it was indeed the strongest I had ever taken" Alvera continued. "some might even say it was at the level of a god" she added. Seraiya's golden energy slowly began to come out of Seraiya and surround them before Alvera absorbed it.
"It makes me wonder how much Selene told you," Alvera said as Seraiya continued to struggle. "did you know you had the power of a god within you"? Alvera questioned. "did you know you had part of her soul?" she continued. "did you know that in the end, you would just become a sacrifice for your power?" she asked "Did you?" Seraiya asked Alvera.
"What?" Alvera Questioned through gritted teeth. "How did it feel?" Seraiya asked "to watch your mother thrown off a cliff." she stated. "unfreeze ex tempore" Seraiya said and suddenly everyone who was frozen by Alvera was unfrozen. "Seraiya" Zack said in surprise. "Don't get in her way," Damien told him.
Seraiya stared into Alvera's eyes. "Your mother would be disappointed to see how you became," Seraiya told her making Alvera grip harder on her neck.
"You crave my power so much," Seraiya said as Alvera stared into her eyes with contempt. "take it," she told her. Golden energy burst out of Seraiya creating a golden cloud around the two, it slowly began to enter Alvera as Seraiya stared into Alvera's eyes. "NO STOP SERAIYA PLEASE THIS WILL KILL YOU" Zack yelled as he attempted to run to her. Damien put up his arm and created a barrier blocking Zack. "I told you not to get in her way," Damien told him.
"What are you talking about, shell end up killing herself if we let her continue," Zack said turning to Damien. "We have to trust she knows what she's doing," Damien told her. "Take the barrier down Damien" Piper demanded. "No," Damien said. "You may not trust in her abilities but I do," Damien told his mother. "She's the only one strong enough to stop Alvera" Damien told her. "She almost died, Damien" Piper said. "For the goddess's sake it was you who called her crazy in the first place for wanting to fight Alvera again," Piper said.
"And I still think she is but I also think right now she's our only chance," Damien said simply.
Slowly, More and more of Seraiya's energy went into Alvera. "YES… FINALLY!" Alvera yelled in excitement. More and more of Seraiya's power was absorbed by Alvera but Alvera was unfazed.
Suddenly Alvera felt a change. Her eyes went wide as she looked into seraiyas eyes which only held anger and contempt within them.
Alvera went to release Seraiya. The power she had taken had become too much to bare now. "No," Seraiya said grabbing Alvera's hand and forcing it to stay around her throat. "You wanted my power," Seraiya said. "You're gonna take all my power" she added as she gripped Alvera's arm tighter.
