Kong's voice was calm as he replied, "As for where I am going, there is no clear destination. I am merely searching for something."
"What thing?" the woman asked, her expression marked by doubt and confusion.
What did he mean, that his search had led him here? Yet in her place, there was nothing of value.
"The Dark Origin Will."
Light flickered in Kong's eyes as he sought to gauge her reaction.
If this place contained power from the Dark Origin Will at its peak, then it meant this woman must know something about it.
Whether she had obtained it by chance or was one of its servants, he did not yet know. But in any case, he needed to understand its current condition and location.
"Who exactly are you? How do you know of my lord's existence?"

But for her, restoring her true form is no problem at all."

Listening to Ei's explanation, Kong nodded thoughtfully. It seemed this woman had simply been too cautious.

If Gu Yuena could freely restore her true form, then with her bloodline and race, even without Ei appearing, they would still have an absolute safeguard.
