Chapter 154 - Matter Sea

"Indeed. A 3D lifeform racing along the long path of evolution can utilize external Ether to possess destructive power equivalent to total energy values far exceeding their own material mass.

However, the boosting effect of external Ether ultimately has a limit. It is impossible to infinitely boost a carbon-based lifeform weighing only a hundred pounds to the point where they can destroy a hundred million Milky Ways with a single strike, that is nothing more than a fairy tale.

After all, even during the primordial era when the Ether's activity levels far surpassed the post-creation Super-Ether environments of galactic cores, it only produced a group of Hyper-Archons; it couldn't even produce a Sage King-level entity.

Therefore, under normal circumstances, without a logical outlier like the [Infinite Attributes] system, or the ability to extensively modify one's own reality and warp one's causality,

A lifeform whose total mass isn't particularly large, even if they can control the Grand Unified Force at will, manipulate the quantum vacuum sea without restraint, or even project their existence between reality and illusion, still cannot possess the world-shaking power to instantly erase the trillions of galaxies in the observable universe with a full-strength strike.

To move a mountain, one must have the strength of a mountain. To possess the power to destroy a universe, one must carry the permanent total mass of a universe within themselves. Otherwise, it simply doesn't make sense."

Seraphine chuckled. "So, a perfected-rank Ungrateful Son must possess such staggering mass. This is, a necessity."

Thereafter, she looked toward the other 998 pocket universes, each containing a powerful being with a unique appearance, all locked in a death-like slumber. She muttered in contemplation: "Calculating it this way, 999 Perfected Ungrateful Sons are, in a sense, equivalent to nearly a thousand observable universes.

Setting aside the individual strength of these Ungrateful Sons, using this much mass merely to simulate a Brilliant Games, is indeed more than enough."

While deep in thought, Seraphine also fully perceived the detailed operation and interaction of the low-speed virtual matter within this massive, brilliant core.

She discovered that this material was somewhat similar to Ether; its mass and density were not fixed, permanent values.

However, unlike Ether, while the mass and density of low-speed virtual matter were constantly shifting, those changes followed a rhythmic, wave-like pattern rather than fluctuating randomly.

Furthermore, unlike the solitary Tachyons, this low-speed virtual matter, which lacked precisely defined values, could actively interact with and be influenced by normal matter. In a sense, it was an illusory thing that both existed and didn't exist simultaneously.

Very much like quasiparticles.

At this point, Seraphine also discovered a vast number of quasiparticles within this enormous core, their magnitude, far exceeding that of the observable universe. Within this "ocean" of quasiparticles, the three most active types were spinons, orbitons, and holons.

To explain it in terms a layperson could understand, these three types of quasiparticles "split" from electrons, which are "point-like" particles with no conceptual volume or size.

Calling it a "split" is somewhat misleading; in essence, these are three inseparable "parts" of an electron, each manifesting its particle nature at different spatial positions.

To explain in detail:

Electrons repel each other because they carry the same electrical charge. In extremely crowded conditions, to pass through one another, an electron must change itself via quantum tunneling. It "splits" into a holon carrying the electron's charge, a spinon carrying the electron's spin attribute, and an orbiton carrying the electron's orbital state, then "leaps" to a different quantum string.

Aside from these three quasiparticles birthed from the electron's "splitting," the massive, brilliant core also contained entities that both were and were not there, but which fundamentally could be considered half-electron and half-hole. Theoretically, their antiparticle was themselves: the Majorana fermion.

As for what a "hole" is: it's a "position" where an electron should exist but doesn't. This vacant "position" behaves like a positively charged particle, jumping and wandering unpredictably, much like a real particle.

In addition, the quasiparticle sea of the brilliant core contained excitons, entities with a spin of 1 that obey bosonic behavior and can be viewed as quantized spin waves.

There were also pions, fractons, wrinklons, electromagnetic polarons, and the most miraculous quasiparticle of all, the anyon.

Why is it considered miraculous?

To answer that, one must look at the classification of elementary particles. If all elementary particles can be categorized into two types based on their spin characteristics, those with half-integer spins are fermions, like electrons; those with integer spins are bosons, like photons.

But the anyon transcends this classification limit; it is neither a fermion nor a boson.

In a normal cosmic environment, no matter how much these various quasiparticles behave like real particles, they remain physical phenomena rather than true elementary particles.

But within this brilliant core, these quasiparticles miraculously possessed the same stability as elementary particles. They possessed inherent particle properties such as mass and charge, and when compared to normal elementary particles, there was essentially no fundamental difference.

This inevitably led Seraphine to think deeply:

"Quasiparticles are born from the interaction and combination of many elementary particles or even larger particles. Fundamentally, they should only be hypothetical particles, a man-made definition of a physical phenomenon.

But within this non-continuous 4D space, the line between quasiparticles and true elementary particles has been completely blurred. Does this mean that so-called elementary particles aren't actually that 'elementary'?

In certain extreme temperature environments, perhaps even at space-time scales far smaller than the Endless Scale Net, could quasiparticles become more 'elementary' than elementary particles? And could the particles originally thought to be elementary, no longer be so 'elementary' after all?"

After her contemplation, Seraphine formed her own hypothesis regarding elementary particles and quasiparticles:

"Perhaps in that Planck-scale realm, a trillion times smaller than the Endless Scale Net, lies the true evolutionary root of elementary particles. Perhaps elementary particles are derived from 'protruding' space-time wave packets at the Planck scale. Or, of course, they could be derived from the legendary strings."

While Seraphine calculated, her mind continued to scavenge and learn from the countless models and rules of interaction between quasiparticles, elementary particles, and low-speed virtual matter within the brilliant core.

She knew clearly that once she had thoroughly integrated the dimensional art and quasi-reality construction techniques left behind by Coo in this brilliant core, her influence over the external universe would experience an explosive increase. This knowledge, data, and technology, if described in detailed language and numbers, would likely exceed the storage capacity of every human brain on old Earth combined, and they wouldn't understand it anyway.

But to Seraphine, all of this was being continuously "extracted," integrated, and mastered as effortlessly as drinking water.

"I have to say, this Coo is truly extraordinary," Seraphine praised once more as she continued to extract the secrets of the brilliant core. "To be able to design such a massive, complex, and exquisite cluster of quasi-reality universes, and the super-limit data compression algorithms in this brilliant core, wait!"

Her actions suddenly stalled.

The moment she mentioned "data," Seraphine realized an incredibly unsettling problem.

The problem was this: clearly, while the core of Brilliant Games possessed energy, matter, data, and various complex rules and logical circuits derived from them, none of it was truly infinite. It was merely an extremely large global value.

So why was the Cheat, which existed by exploiting the flaws in Brilliant Games' rules, able to modify and create a "stack" of books with a quantity equal to a true Aleph-null?

According to normal logic, within a non-infinite system like Brilliant Games, it should be fundamentally impossible for a truly infinite object to appear.

This cannot even be explained away by so-called game exploits, because both the Cheat and the "Speedrun Strategy Guide" were born from Brilliant Games itself.

It must be understood that everything within it isn't just simple data; it also possesses elementary particles, quasiparticles, tachyons, and low-speed virtual matter particles, which, despite their massive numbers, can still be counted in detail.

Only with these things could the 999 quasi-reality universes of Brilliant Games be constructed.

So, how else can this be explained?

"From a bag with finite capacity, one can pull out a quantity of books equal to Aleph-null."

Seraphine's expression grew serious. "This, defies all logic."

She began to recall her various abilities... Eye of True Revelation, Chaos Calculation, Cosmic Intellect, Full-Dimensional Skyroot Codex, Cosmic Dawn, and even the Light of Infinity and Authority of Change, none of them seemed to have such an absurd effect.

Even if the Authority of Change could cause an object to proliferate infinitely, reaching a true infinity would require an infinite amount of time.

While Seraphine was caught in this unsolvable mystery, her Transcendental Perception instinctively brushed against the shuttle-shaped Perfected Ungrateful Son, and she suddenly analyzed from its massive soul,

"Huh? This Perfected Ungrateful Son actually possesses time-data identical to mine?

Doesn't that mean, it is also a creature from the Prime space-time?"

Raising her eyebrows in surprise, Seraphine turned to look at the Perfected Ungrateful Son sleeping in the depths of the pocket universe.

Suddenly, she thought of the hundreds of nonillions of 'Earths' connected to Brilliant Games, scattered across unknown locations in the Prime space-time.

"So many Earths, just what kind of landscape does this universe possess?"

A mix of curiosity and shock took hold. Seraphine immediately used the vague, incomplete information within the body and soul of the Perfected Ungrateful Son as a foundation. Through the methods of causal observation, she began to calculate the general space-time coordinates of where it was born and had lived.

HUMMM——

Half a minute later, a relatively rough result appeared in her thoughts:

This perfected-rank Ungrateful Son, shaped like a diamond-encrusted shuttle and covered in spindly legs, was actually born in an unknown region 80 septendecillion light-years away from Seraphine's true body!

"That, far?"

Deeply shaken, Seraphine thought for a moment and calculated:

"That distance, if Holy Emperor Augustus steered his level 9.9 warp ship, traveling at nearly 3.2 billion light-years per second, it would take roughly 80 tredecillion years to fly there. But after such a staggering amount of time, even the universe would have restarted countless times. This is completely absurd."

Filled with profound shock, Seraphine projected her Transcendental Perception toward another pocket universe, probing another Perfected Ungrateful Son sleeping within.

Half a minute later, another result appeared in her thoughts:

This Perfected Ungrateful Son was born in a region 360 octodecillion light-years away from Seraphine's true body.

"Is every single one that far? Is this universe truly that massive?"

Driven by curiosity, she chose another Perfected Ungrateful Son in a pocket universe for causal observation and location probing.

The result: this Ungrateful Son originated from a location approximately 390 vigintillion light-years away from her true body.

"Interesting."

Thereafter, Seraphine deployed her Transcendental Perception to cover the remaining 990-plus pocket universes, probing the rest of the Perfected Ungrateful Sons and calculating the general space-time coordinates for each of them.

After a series of causal observations and calculations, she discovered that even the Perfected Ungrateful Son closest to her true body was still 58 sexdecillion light-years away.

And the most distant one was born in an unknown space-time region, a staggering 958.2 trigintillion light-years away.

This distance, was nearly approaching a Googol light-years.

So remote, it was simply surreal.

If Holy Emperor Augustus were forced to make this journey, his mind would likely collapse and his soul would be extinguished long before he arrived.

"Perhaps, all along, my assumptions about the overall landscape of this universe, have been incorrect."

In the boundless physical universe, Seraphine (True Body), who was traveling through the vast void at 3.6 billion light-years per second, suddenly came to a halt.

"The true landscape of the universe is very likely, "

Filled with pure curiosity, Seraphine gazed far into the vast, desolate, and dark void in every direction, and said one word at a time:

"Local inflation."

Having lived through past and present lives, and having scoured the infinite knowledge and data of over a hundred quintillion intelligent civilizations, Seraphine knew and had deconstructed hundreds of millions of theories regarding cosmic creation and inflation.

From her perspective, these theories were mutually contradictory, complementary, unrelated, or overlapping.

Some believed the universe's initial state was likely extremely chaotic, while others argued it was incredibly smooth and flat. Some even claimed that it was all a lie and the universe didn't exist at all.

Certain creation theories were steeped in heavy theological and religious assumptions, while others posited that the universe had no beginning or end, rendering the concepts of "initial" and "final" meaningless. Some theories were simply nonsensical.

Yet, these various speculations, theories, and conjectures, whether serious, novel, complex, concise, traditional, or wildly imaginative, had all contributed significant perspectives to Seraphine's deduction of the universe's true landscape.

Among these theories were the "Standard Cosmic Inflation Model", the "Mercury Vortex "Bubble" Explosion Theory", the "New Cosmology Expansion Model", the "Holographic Cosmic Inflation Theory", and the "Realm of Phantasm Emergence Creation Theory".

There were the "Parallel Universe Correlation Inflation Theory", the "4D Hyperspace Inflation Theory", the "Existence/Non-Existence Cosmic Creation Model", the "Infinite Space-Time Equilibrium/Disequilibrium Inflation Model", and the "Omnipotent Creation Theory by Personal/Impersonal Gods".

Then came the "Infinitely Expanding Universe Theory", the "Matter-Antimatter Repulsive Expansion Model", the "Secret Origin Non-Entity Creation Theory", the "Virtual/Anti-Gravity Inflation Theory", and the "Real/Imaginary Matter Chain Reaction Creation Theory".

Others included the "Supernatural Interference Cosmic Creation Conjecture", the "Collective Perceptual Warp Universe Existence Theory", the "Unintentional Quantum Fluctuation Expansion Theory", the "3D Local Trans-Space-Time Jump Inflation Theory", and the "Phenomenological Progression Universe Creation Conjecture".

Also present were the "Thought Resonance - Interwoven Reality Creation Theory", the "Multi-Region Non-Linear Cosmic Inflation Theory", the "Higher-Dimensional Tidal Guidance Creation Theory", and the "Absolute Boltzmann Brain Thought Vibration Creation Theory".

There were the "Non-Perceptual Energy Dimensional Insertion Cosmic Creation Theory", the "Abnormal Space-Time Chain Collapse Inflation Theory", the "Singularity Multi-Dimensional Unfolding Inflation Theory", the "Super-Quantum Resonance Universe Creation Conjecture", the "Higher-Level Reality Simulation Hypothesis", the "Singularity Exponential Proliferation Theory", and the "Multi-Dimensional Impact Conjecture".

There were even the "Poincaré Recurrence Infinite Creation Theory", the "Beginningless and Endless Eternal Inflation Conjecture", the "Infinitely Twisted Spatial Expansion Theory", and the "Tegmark Level IV Parallel Universe Theory".

Then the "(Multiple Singularities - Multi-Dimensional Connection) Cosmic Creation Hypothesis", the "Parallel Reality Separation and Overlap Conjecture", the "Infinity × Infinity Super Cosmic Inflation Theory", the "Brane World Random Collision Inflation Theory", the "Emotional Consciousness Field Resonance Cosmic Inflation Theory", and the "Transcendental Matter Infinite Expansion Theory".

And finally, the "Timeline Ripple-Linked Universe Creation Hypothesis", the "Infinitely Changing Spatial Universe Creation Theory", the "Multiple Cosmic Inflation Theory", the "Eternal Inflation Theory", the "String Theory Cosmic Inflation Model", the "Holistic Expansion Cosmology", the "Einstein Static Universe Model", the "Rational/Irrational Dimensional Split Derivative Conjecture", and the "Flying Spaghetti Monster Intoxicated Creation Inflation Theory"... and many more.

In summary, without concrete empirical evidence, theories remained just theories. Seraphine would never blindly believe them, nor would she allow them to overly dominate her thoughts and perspectives.

However, after integrating these theories, she had formed several distinct conjectures, or rather, deductions, regarding the true landscape of the universe.

One primary deduction was that her universe might only be an inconspicuous corner of a true Grand Universe, inflated and then self-evolving as a semi-closed system over eons. Within the true Grand Universe beyond this small "corner," there might exist an even greater number of similar small "corners."

Each of these "corners" might have experienced a roughly similar process of inflation, developing into various scales and volumes. Each would have become vast and uniform, and the distances between them could be so immense that even light-years, parsecs, or yottameters would be woefully inadequate as units of measurement.

Furthermore, these small "corners" scattered throughout the Grand Universe might differ from Seraphine's own corner in terms of physical parameters and fundamental rules. After all, how could a tiny "corner" possibly reflect the characteristics of the entire Grand Universe?

Her second deduction was that an inflating universe might be self-proliferating; a single inflation event could trigger many more, leading to endless generations of descendant universes. These descendants would likely maintain some connection, and their rules and parameters might remain fundamentally similar.

To use a simple analogy: the space of unknown size where Seraphine resided was like a single inflated bubble that might have a beginning. But the Grand Universe was filled with infinite such bubbles, possessing neither a beginning nor an end as a whole.

The third deduction was that she merely lived within one of an infinitely complex cluster of expanding "bubbles." Each bubble's space-time and matter-energy structure could vary wildly; the causality and laws governing them could be completely opposite or even indescribable. To put it bluntly, their "art styles" could be entirely different, one could be a sci-fi world, another a xianxia world, and another a magic world, and so on.

The fourth deduction was that the true universe has always existed, locked in a state of eternal inflation. It was Truly · Infinitely Large, with no origin and no end. The numerous deaths and restarts experienced by Seraphine's corner were merely insignificant, tiny fluctuations within a minuscule space-time region of the infinitely vast void of the true universe.

However, given the existence of those hundred nonillion "Earths" within Brilliant Games, Seraphine was inclined to believe that none of these deductions were 100% accurate. She felt they might approach the truth in certain aspects, but not in their entirety. Perhaps they needed to be deconstructed, pieced together, and reorganized to reach a more advanced deduction.

Of course, all of this ultimately remained conjecture, perhaps not even possessing one-ten-thousandth of the Grand Universe's actual reality.

"Huh?"

While Seraphine was lost in thought, her clone suddenly discovered, deep within the brilliant core, the actual game login access ports and related data packets for those hundred nonillion "Earths."

These hundred nonillion semi-virtual, semi-real access ports and data packets were all interlocked and constantly self-rotating, resembling infinite, spinning Yin-Yang Fishes.

"Does this mean these access ports are still connected to the various 'Earths'?"

Filled with shock and curiosity, Seraphine immediately conducted a careful analysis of these numerous "Yin-Yang Fishes."

She discovered that these interlocked pairs of access ports and data packets were tightly encased within an unknown algorithmic data lock, seemingly involving a 6D spatial structure. It was impossible to conduct a truly deep analysis.

"A 6D spatial structure data lock? Set by the Dimensional Artist," Seraphine muttered in contemplation. "From the looks of it, this Dimensional Artist, Coo, is very likely like the Annihilation Traveler, a 6D being."

While she hesitated, her Transcendental Perception suddenly stirred, guiding her thoughts through the vast sea of "Fish" until she found an inconspicuous "Yin-Yang Fish."

"Huh?"

The moment her perception touched this pair of access ports and data packets, Seraphine immediately sensed a faint, familiar feeling.

She realized instantly: "So that's it. This is the access port for my clone."

HUMMM!

With a thought, Seraphine activated the Authority of Change, causing the 6D data lock "encasing" this pair of access ports and data packets, to vanish into thin air.

In a flash, the massive amount of information contained within that data packet surged into her thoughts.

RUSTLE—

This information stream was as vast as a galaxy. The moment it entered Seraphine's sea of thoughts, it boiled and surged in relentless waves.

If a normal intelligent being, even one at the Sage level, were subjected to such an immense deluge of information, their soul would likely shatter under the weight, leaving them a hollow shell.

But to Seraphine, this information flow was merely a minor issue.

What she cared about more was that this massive amount of data contained various information regarding this physical universe. The time-flow ratio, the vacuum speed of light, the detailed structure of 3D space-time, space-time curvature, and various physical parameters and data.

Most importantly, within this data, there existed a detailed "Map" of this "Universe"!

"Was it achieved through some kind of technology, that surveyed the entire universe I'm in in a single heartbeat?" Seraphine pondered and once again "looked" at the data.

A normal person might not be able to perceive this information with its higher-dimensional structure, but with her Transcendental Perception, Seraphine could distinguish its general form.

Through her Transcendental Perception, she could also sense that this information stream had "imprinted" very few traces upon the River of Time, meaning its birth was very recent. In other words, this was very likely information newly generated after Seraphine had logged into the game.

To use language understandable to humans, within this data, the "corner" of the universe composed of several Gravitational Primeval Rivers where Seraphine resided was called, the Verdant Ancient Matter Sea.

That is, the [Verdant Ancient][Matter Sea].

In general, low-technology intelligent species, such as the level of old Earth's human civilization, perceive the overall landscape of the universe as an observable universe with a diameter of ninety-three billion light-years.

High-technology intelligent species, however, such as the six races of the galactic core, perceive the overall landscape of the universe as a Gravitational Primeval River, formed from the convergence of many massive cosmic undercurrents through the action of gravity over vast expanses of time.

Each of these Gravitational Primeval Rivers is a colossal, filamentary structure, containing an unknown number of millions or even quadrillions of large and small galaxies, many times larger than the so-called observable universe.

The River of Primordial, where Seraphine had always lived and traveled, was also clearly recorded on that "Map." Its average diameter was approximately 120 billion light-years, and its length, reached a staggering 23.6 trillion light-years.

Further, the lengths of the five Gravitational Primeval Rivers encircling the River of Primordial, the River of Floating Deities, the River of Dark Abyss, the River of Thousand Coarse Fibers, the River of Reckless Vastness, and the River of Phantom Vibrations, were 18 trillion light-years, 13.3 trillion light-years, 19 trillion light-years, 11.5 trillion light-years, and 21 trillion light-years, respectively.

Aside from these six massive, sprawling Gravitational Primeval Rivers, the Verdant Ancient Matter Sea also possessed exactly thirty more vast Gravitational Primeval Rivers, namely:

The River of Celestial Net — approximately 49.5 trillion light-years long;

The River of Primal Bind — approximately 23.95 trillion light-years long;

The River of Primordial Beginning — approximately 43.6 trillion light-years long;

The River of Celestial Earth — approximately 13.15 trillion light-years long;

The River of Desolate Carving — approximately 13.85 trillion light-years long;

The River of Cyan Firmament — approximately 24.7 trillion light-years long;

The River of Profound Pillar — approximately 14.2 trillion light-years long;

The River of Grand Heaven — approximately 16.7 trillion light-years long;

The River of Ancient Times — approximately 27.7 trillion light-years long;

The River of Boundless Realm — approximately 35.03 trillion light-years long;

The River of Secret Spirit — approximately 10.075 trillion light-years long;

The River of Ancestral Space — approximately 24 trillion light-years long;

The River of Sealed Borders — approximately 9 trillion light-years long;

The River of Extreme Chaos — approximately 12.58 trillion light-years long;

The River of Universal Void — approximately 24.8 trillion light-years long;

The River of Celestial Shore — approximately 21.2 trillion light-years long;

The River of Night Watch — approximately 8.4 trillion light-years long;

The River of Profound God — approximately 13.5 trillion light-years long;

The River of Colossal Marsh — approximately 55 trillion light-years long;

The River of Star Sea — approximately 26 trillion light-years long;

The River of Radiance — approximately 15 trillion light-years long;

The River of Radiant Wings — approximately 9.5 trillion light-years long;

The River of Void Mourning — approximately 13.2 trillion light-years long;

The River of Dark Waves — approximately 17.2 trillion light-years long;

The River of Dim Departure — approximately 6.5 trillion light-years long;

The River of Pale Mist — approximately 9.5 trillion light-years long;

The River of Scarlet Mystery — approximately 13.4 trillion light-years long;

The River of Radiant Remnant — approximately 12 trillion light-years long;

The River of Vast Expanse — approximately 43.8 trillion light-years long;

The River of Celestial Star — approximately 25 trillion light-years long.

So many Primeval Rivers, all scattered throughout the even more distant and sparse void beyond the River of Primordial.

Within them, there exist unknown tens of quadrillions of large and small galaxies, and countless intelligent races and interstellar civilizations.

Separating these Gravitational Primeval Rivers are vast stretches of Super Cosmic Voids, where distances are measured in trillions of light-years.

And these thirty-six Gravitational Primeval Rivers, each varying in length, scale, and volume, resembling elongated filaments, are coiled and entwined with each other on an even larger scale. Together, they form the Verdant Ancient Matter Sea recorded in the "Map", a nearly spherical super-material conglomerate, structurally loose but reaching several hundred trillion light-years in diameter.

After reviewing this information, Seraphine remarked:

"So that's how it is... This 'corner' of the universe I inhabit... looks like this, and is of this scale."
