A few moments before Hikaru was defeated...
"Brother, Brother he's still alive but if we don't act now we'll all die so help me" Crystal called out to her brother who was frozen at the sight of King Timon's severed head.
And as Crystal cried out for her brother's aid Shirogane's time was dwindling.
But even with his younger sister begging for any help he could offer Radon showed no sign of supporting her as he stood completely frozen caught in a state of panic.
Choosing to save a life over mourning the dead Crystal turned her skin into crystal, allowing for her technique glimmering regeneration to save a life...
A Zeon's life.
And as all of Shirogane's wounds vanished the young defender stood beside his saviour.
"Thank you, you saved my life and for that I promise you, this city will not be conquered by the Red empire" Shirogane crushed the blood stained rubble beneath his feet, his attention focused on Mirai.
"Mirai!, that's right I'm gonna make you join us if its the last thing I do!" Shirogane made his declaration while surrounded by both the injured and fallen.
"So you live Shirogane too bad I didn't want to have to kill you as well" Mirai let go of his ultimate move already knowing that for this fight he'll need skill not power.
And as Mirai drew his famed sword Shirogane teleported, smashing his elbow straight into Mirai's back.
And as the swordsman fell to his knees Shirogane tore his fingers straight into Mirai's shoulder forcing him to let go of his blade of the Zeons.
"So have I proven that I have enough strength to fight against Uzunami?" Shirogane spoke his voice demanding Mirai's attention.
"Not even close" Mirai released a pulse of energy forcing Shirogane to flee.
"To beat Uzunami you're gonna need a lot more strength then what you just showed me" Mirai flew towards Shirogane only to teleport last second, striking Shirogane in the back.
And then the young Zeon followed up with his famed blade, cutting Shirogane's back open.
After delivering his second strike Mirai released his swords only to release another blade beam straight into Shirogane's open wound.
But upon the slightest impact Shirogane reinforced his back reducing the damage by eighty percent.
Escaping the aftermath of his own attack, Mirai appeared blade in hand above Shirogane.
Swinging his blade straight into Shirogane's skull the young Zeon thought himself victorious...
But Shirogane swung his right arm straight up into Mirai's blade, blocking the swordsman's killing blow.
And as both warriors teleported they smashed their fists together, constantly repeating this pointless cycle until they were exhausted.
"You still not convinced?" Shirogane's body grew lazy, his arms flailing from side to side.
"I'll admit you have grown Shirogane but still Uzunami is more then just a warrior..., he's a monster who cannot be killed" Mirai prepared himself for their final encounter.
"So this is it, you won't join us Mirai?" Shirogane questioned once again, but he was given no answer.
As Mirai vanished almost instantly leaving no trace behind.
