Demon Continent: self explanatory
Eyris Continent: basically constituted of humans, elves,beastmen and other races. There are 5 major kingdoms: Millid Empire, Mason kingdom, Elven Alliance, Beastmen Country. The last one will remain a mystery but the leading power is the Millid Empire and they are considered the founders of civilization.
Forbidden Continent: Unexplored.
