"Now, about those powers we're talking about." Said ROB One. "This is how it's going to go about."
At this point, I try to listen carefully for the instructions so as not to make a mistake in the heat of the excitement. After all, this is my future we're talking about.
Seeing that I was listening, ROB One nodded and said. "As there are three of us here, we have decided to divide how your powers will be given."
Nodding my head a little, I asked him "So, how will this work?"
This time, ROB Two replied to me "I will take the part of your background. This includes where and how you want to be born, your family, ancestry and all that."
"This will make up your identity in the new world you live in. But, be careful as your identity can affect the world you want to go to thereby leading your knowledge to be a little redundant or even completely unusable" He continued.
Taking my time to mull over what he said, I turned to ROB Three and asked "What do I get from you then."
He laughed and replied to me "Hahaha, well I will take your wishes, three to be exact following all the basic wish instructions."
Shocked, I asked "There are wish instructions. What's next, a manual or guide book"
Silence!!!
All I got was silence, which can only means...
"Really. Do I have to read them to understand the workings of a good transmigration process now" I laughingly asked.
Luckily, ROB One said "No, you don't have to read anything nowadays. But before we took over, people who had the privilege to transmigrate or reincarnate always spend atleast a thousand days reading the rules and regulations to be abided by when they arrive here."
"What about me? How will I do this 'cos if there are rules, I don't want to miss it now only to suffer later." I asked.
ROB Two laughed "Don't worry. If you breach a rule, the void will tell you."
Still skeptic about the whole situation, I asked ROB One, "What about you. What do I get from you."
"Well, from me you will get five different perks randomly according to your luck or three perks of your choice." He answered me.
Nodding, I asked again, "Ok, and how is my luck going for me. On the scale of one to ten."
The three looked at each other and ROB One replied to me "Well, seeing as you reached here which is a one in a billion chance encounter, your luck is probably in the negative. So your chances of getting anything based on your current luck is not good."
"It's not just you, everyone who comes here has consumed all their luck, that's why they are always getting into all kinds of trouble when they go to their worlds of choosing." He continued.
"Oh, I thought it was the world's way of giving them problems for invading. But this explanation works too." I exclaimed.
"So do you have any more questions?" ROB Three asked "If you don't, then let's get this show over with fast. I have somewhere to be."
"Ok, I have a question, does my wishes manifest after my reincarnation or now, here in the void in my soul thingy" I asked.
Puzzled, ROB Three replied to me "Well, it depends on the wish. If your wish is metaphysical, then it appears instantly on your soul and stays there permanently. But physical type of ability will lay dormant and only manifest permanently when you get a new body."
"For example, super strength, agility, bloodlines or the like which needs a physical body will appear when you get your body. But if you wish for things like a stronger soul, magic and others like that, then it manifest directly on your soul here and now." He continued to say.
"Got it. And can you infer what I want to wish for or do I have to explain in long sentences so that there will no mistake." I asked again.
ROB Three laughed and said "Ok, that's a very valid question to ask. Good thinking. But you don't need to worry. You can use sentences to ask your wish as much as you like as long as it's one power or ability."
Having satisfied all my query, I said excitedly, "Well, let's get this show on the road."
