Liu Zhibin heard there were more projects coming in, so he naturally put all his efforts into the renovation of that KTV for half a year. He made sure that both materials and construction quality were top-notch and even didn't rush Jiang Liang to pay the final payment.
However, Liu Zhibin didn't expect that the renovation of the town's supermarket started recently, yet it had nothing to do with him; another contractor snatched the job.
Feeling unjustly treated, Liu Zhibin went to the construction site to reason with Jiang Liang, and they ended up in an argument. Liu Zhibin, filled with anger, thought to himself that he might as well not take the supermarket project, but Jiang Liang should at least pay the remaining amount for the KTV project.
Unexpectedly, when he mentioned the final payment for the KTV project, Jiang Liang acted shamelessly by claiming the KTV renovation failed the inspection and he was dissatisfied, thus wouldn't pay the final amount.
