Lady Zhou didn't actually have anything truly concerning her; her only pursuit was to live comfortably. This was evident in her indifferent attitude towards many matters. Old Master Lian may have made many wrong decisions, but it cannot be denied that he genuinely cared for the Lian Family and planned for its future. Lady Zhou, however, never gave these things a thought.
Regarding any children or grandchildren and the future of the Lian Family, Lady Zhou never cared. Even the one she supposedly cared for, Lian Xiuxiu, has probably been forgotten by her by now.
