As for those two plates of peanuts and seeds, Lian Yeye placed them beside Lian Manman.
Lian Manman had just touched her lips to her teacup when, over at Lady He's side, she didn't care about the hot water and gulped down a whole cup of tea.
"Yeye, pour another cup for your aunt," said Lady He with a flattering smile to Lian Yeye.
"There's none left," Lian Yeye said with a sullen face.
"Yeye, stop teasing your aunt. Don't you still have a pot there? Pour another cup for your aunt," Lady He pleaded with a grin, and seeing Lian Yeye not moving, she threatened to get up. "I'll pour it myself."
"If there's more, pour her some," Lady Zhao whispered to Lian Yeye.
Lian Yeye pouted, jumped down, took the teapot, and poured into Lady He's cup, only half-filling it. Sure enough, there was no water left in the pot. Lian Yeye simply opened the lid to show Lady He.
