Gu Yi'an's words made Dan Musheng chuckle lightly.
He glanced at her, "Some people will die in the course of executing the mission, but I won't, and I don't want to die."
Gu Yi'an pursed her lips, looking at him.
Dan Musheng seemed amused as he looked at her, "What? Am I wrong? Or do you think that I must die?"
"I didn't mean that," Gu Yi'an said calmly, pausing for a moment before she continued, "Then you're not going down to the Dimension when the time comes?"
"I'm going down," Dan Musheng said plainly.
A faint smile tugged at the corner of his lips, "If I don't go down, there's no way to start the operation."
Gu Yi'an didn't quite understand what he meant, but she wouldn't ask more.
"What about me?" Gu Yi'an asked again, "Besides going to the psychological laboratory, is there anything else?"
