With things calming down by lunch time, Will departed the repurposed school building, declined several offers from Fae to visit their homes or peruse their wares, and navigated his way to the Temple's southernmost building, a large structure resembling a Doric temple but comprised of a rare, black, marble-like material known as Shadestone. The front face had twelve distinctive columns, each sixty meters tall, and the entrance was a spacious thirty-by-twenty-seven meters, with a stone fresco portraying a twelve-winged, six-horned black dragon thirty meters beyond, ostensibly to prevent light from flowing into its otherwise dark and cool interior.
Looking around the spacious hall beyond the fresco, lit intermittently along its perimeter by ghostly blue braziers, Will couldn't help remarking, "As expected of the Temple dedicated to his Supreme Vastness, the Dark Dragon King, Gran Zalacimbrael. The energy and ambiance of this hall are incredible..."
