Chapter 62 - A Class of Lies

Shiro and Covet clashed repeatedly, their fists colliding equally upon each attack. The two of them rushed around the tree ridden arena, racing through the forest and launching blasts of energy at each other. Covet dodged Shiro's energy blast then launched Leviathan in water form toward him like a homing missile.

Shiro autonomously dodged Leviathan with a leap the rolled along the ground, summoning a Holy Talisman and rose back onto his feet. He launched it toward Covet, snapping his fingers and causing the talisman to release a large explosion of light, the blast only striking Covet strategically.

Covet grunted heavily as he used his wings to block the explosion, groaning heavily as the divine shockwave threw him backwards. He landed on his feet and skidded backwards, faltering slightly and nearing upon one knee. "A controlled blast..?"

Shiro walked forward with a confident smirk upon his face, slipping his hands upon his pockets. "Oh? You thought because I was saved I lose my heritage? No, no...the Mojisola are from the branch of Shiuji. A tribe that is actually split between Mercy and Judgement."

"What..?" Covet asked, confused by Shiro's statement and rose a curious brow.

"The false Goddess, Tengoku, and the false God, Jigoku, are just enlightened tribe members of the first generation of Shiuji, so my tribe isn't all entirely wrong. They were idolizing the wrong people," Shiro explained shrugging his shoulders casually, as if it were common knowledge.

"However, all that Lust, Charisma, Passion bullcrap? That's an Esorian thing, a land beyond this current one. There, they worshipped a false Messiah, me and St. Keiran...their land is beyond saving however," Shiro added, letting out a soft exhale then looked back up at Covet.

Covet's eye twitched with slight annoyance at Shiro's mocking tone, his blood beginning to boil over and cause his body to release natural Fury Energy. "You dare explain things to me with a mocking tone?!"

Without hesitation, Covet launched his corrupt butterfly toward Shiro and warped toward him, his body becoming black smoke instead of a silhouette. Shiro quickly dodged Covet's attack before he even threw it, catching Covet off guard and caused him to stop his attack.

'Did I just see his future vision..? How did he dodge my attack before I even threw it..?' Covet asked mentally, looking up and noticing Shiro was gone then grunted heavily.

He quickly took to the skies to avoid Shiro's attack, but Shiro appeared above him with a double axe hammer, slamming his interlocked hands against his back. Covet grunted as he crashed onto the ground once again, sliding backwards and leaving behind a trail.

Shiro teleported toward Covet, landing upon him and surfing upon his body along the ground with a chuckle. He leaped up from Covet's body then used a burst of wind to boost Covet into the air, loading up a Destiny Flash in the process.

Covet flew up in the air then smirked, recovering in the air and catching Shiro off guard with a Destiny Flash of his own. Shiro grunted as he flew through the forest, recovering and landing on his feet then smirked as well before propelling himself forward back into the battle.

"Oh, you want more, Tribal Savior?!" Covet laughed, flying toward Shiro with an attack charged up.

Shiro dodged Covet's attack and flipped upon one hand, bringing his foot down swiftly against Covet's head to stagger him. He followed up with his signature Sanctuary Combo, striking and juggling Covet in the air with a series of NY Flares.

Double kicking Covet into the air, Shiro launched himself after him, striking him with a devastating Destiny Flare, his iridescent superkick launching Covet through the forest. Shiro landed on the ground and let out his Tribal Howl and performed his triumphant haka, his tribal tattoos beginning to glow as he worshipped Yuvah.

So-Yi, Luciel, and the group of Lizardman Girls ran down the inner sanctum, the Lizardman Girls spreading out through the forest and using their swords to slice down any of Li-Na's orbs. So-Yi and Luciel continued forward, Luciel's Warden Butterfly guiding them toward Shiro and Covet.

"Careful, So-Yi. This is where Covet is at his current strongest, so be on your guard," Luciel gently warned, noticing Shiro ahead and stopping in her tracks.

So-Yi stopped beside Luciel, looking ahead and stared at Shiro's form then began to scan the area for Covet. "Where is he? I don't see him anywhere..."

Suddenly, arrows of black and green energy began to form above Shiro, So-Yi, and Luciel, each arrow beginning to rain down upon the trio with the threat of eliminating each one. Luciel quickly grabbed So-Yi and pulled her toward her, phasing through each arrow then shoved So-Yi forward.

Shiro caught So-Yi and pulled her toward him, manifesting a single wing to shield her with, wrapping his wing around So-Yi. A few of his feathers began to ruffle up, sharpening and firing upward at the envious arrows to collide with them.

"It doesn't matter what you do! Class 12-A has the best vessels for Lament's army! For Terminus's Kingdom and Woo-Chi will be his greatest soldier!" Covet announced as he descended from the sky, his wings now carrying an envious glow of an angel's.

Luciel and Shiro looked up at Covet, his once ethereal light now glowing a jealous green hue to imitate the radiance of a true angel. Covet landed on the ground, Leviathan wrapping herself around his body like an anaconda slowly consuming her prey.

"What are they so afraid of? Manaport...to even enter, you have to be righteous! Without a Stigmata, without shame! God only sees the best works because without those works, He sees your faith as dead!" Covet laughed, spreading his wings out wide and began to warp the area back to the original starting point.

"Woo-Chi produced no good works, that's what led her to me. Now, she rots in her own filth, envious of the same girls that destroyed her! Rotting in the shame of the very choice she made!" Covet gleefully confessed, the once light of the inner sanctum now corrupting with the branches of the trees tangling together to trap the trio.

So-Yi's blood began to boil as she listened to Covet's admission, pushing herself away from Shiro and glared at Covet. "What did you do to Woo-Chi?! Where is she?!"

"Expelled from Grushia High School and there's nothing she can do to change that...after she tried to kill Hyeon Bae from her manic breakdown and gave her that special ability...Delirium," Covet answered truthfully, his truthful answer making even Shiro and Luciel uncomfortable.

"You want me gone? She's gonna have to confront the one principality keeping her back...you can defeat me now and try to find her," Covet said then cracked his neck with a smirk. "However, I'm not letting you leave this place alive!"

Covet propelled himself toward the trio, releasing a sonic boom around the enclosed arena to blast everyone away. He warped straight for So-Yi, laughing as he landed a devious blow to her stomach, causing her to cough heavily.

Following up with an uppercut to send her flying, he flew up to the sky with his hand charged back for a killing blow. As he launched his finishing blow toward So-Yi, a Future Clone of Luciel appeared in front of So-Yi and took the blow for her, the clone shining brightly and electrocuting Covet with divine lightning.

"Genesis, let's go!" Luciel bellowed, warping in front of Covet and launching him toward the ground with a roundhouse kick.

The Avatar of Genesis warped toward Covet, striking him with an Origin Palm and sending him flying backwards. Luciel warped behind him with a Heavenly Impact to his back, roaring as a pulse of fire circled around her hand and launched Covet forward.

Covet recovered in the air and launched a counter strike toward the Avatar of Genesis, his attack going through her body, rending his attsck completely useless. Covet grunted in shock then groaned heavily as a wrathful hand crushed Covet's body to the ground, the Sigil of Ragnarok flashing brightly in the air.

"Appa Ragnarok, we have it covered! You didn't need to do that," Luciel said to the sky with a light giggle, smiling up with reverence for the Sovereign Father.

He tried attacking my wife.

He should know what my Wrath feels like...

Shiro hummed softly, glancing at the Avatar of Genesis then looked up at the sky to see a crimson star twinkling in the blue sky, the indication that Ragnarok was also watching. 'I wonder if this is a good time to show that fake angel a taste of what Wrath is...No maybe my Benevolent Form is better...we do need a way to end this fight quickly, mainly for So-Yi.'

Covet grunted as he stood up onto his feet, his eyes gleaming a blood red as he held his hand toward Luciel and fired a beam of nether energy toward her. Luciel summoned her Scepter instinctively, pointing it forward and englarging one of her Warden Butterflies to cast her Warden Shield.

The beam clashed with the butterfly shield, pulses of lavender, blue, and silver flowing from the butterfly as the beam tried to push through it. Luciel grunted softly as the force of Covet's attack began to overpower her, but Shiro's blinding form rushed forward with a clean Destiny Flash against Covet's face.

"We should end this quickly so we can get So-Yi to safety!" Shiro called out, letting out a Tribal Howl and transforming into his Benevolent Form, his hair becoming silver and his tattoos glowing iridescent hues, and his angel wings manifesting from his back.

So-Yi grunted softly as she slowly opened her eyes, noticing she was safely on the ground then looked up to see Shiro ahead in his Benevolent Form. She slowly stood up onto her feet, letting out exhausted pants and staggered onto one knee.

You should rest...

You've done enough...

You've found out what happened to Woo-Chi...

It is done...

"No...it isn't. I'm not satisfied with this...after knowing this truth, I can not just leave... without at least letting him know how I feel! I have all of this anger boiling inside...I just know there's more to why she's missing!" So-Yi yelled, striking the ground with frustration, blue lightning flashing around her fist.

Sang So-Yi...

This is a Leviathan Boosted Principality Angel...

Even if you dared to stand up against him,

Not even Luciel can defeat him alone at her current strength...

"I can do all things through the Nexus right? I can do all things through Ascea, who strengthens me, so why won't you help me? Is it because I'm angry? Mwo? Mullonijyo, hwanayo! Why wouldn't I be?" So-Yi argued, struggling to stand up onto her feet yet her body would not allow.

I stayed silent as I watched Luciel and Shiro fight against Covet through the eyes of my Sovereign Butterfly. My heart tugged at the sound of So-Yi's frustrated yet still polite tone, my silence only angering So-Yi even more.

"Maybe this is why Woo-Chi's faith really died out... because you go quiet at the most inappropriate times! Just why?! Why couldn't you have saved Woo-Chi before she fell so far?! Where were you then?! You're omnipotent right?! So why?!" So-Yi screamed, tears falling down her cheeks yet her Holy Fire only growing stronger from her chest.

I watched as So-Yi laid it all out before me, my Sovereign Butterfly resting upon her shoulder as she ripped the grass from the roots, letting out pained screams from the suppressed anger she's been holding back. So-Yi cried on her knees, her face flat against the ground, her hands gripping her hair.

Alone, by herself, So-Yi wept as her teacher and the Mojisola Savior fought against the corruption Principality, her eyes tightly closed. "Please...I beg...I even pray to you that you give me the strength. The strength to defeat this Principality and find Woo-Chi...to bring her back! I don't care what the demons do to me, I don't care how hard Ha-Rin or Kim Eun targets me!"

"Just give me the strength to protect those near to me and innocent in this sinful world...Please, Nox... please, Ascea..." So-Yi plead, sniffling and sitting up then gasped in shock and fell back as she noticed a figure standing before her.

The figure before her was a blinding light, the light glowing light the northern lights. Radiant and bright, the light fell upon her, temporarily blinding her and gifting her with the Holy Spirit. Before she could process, her body felt more energized than ever, her Holy Fire dancing against her chest with praise and rejuvenation.

I've heardyour cries...

Your sorrows...

And I see your pains...

I will open a door no man can ever close...

So-Yi rose to her feet, blue lightning crackling around her body as she was in her strongest state. She looked ahead, her Stigmata in her right eye glowing brightly and noticing a group of Reapers and a Lich Princess crowding the arena.

"Does Covet also possess...Dark Lord abilities?" So-Yi asked, glancing over at my Sovereign Butterfly with caution.

Covet possess the ability of everything he envies...

However he doss have a limit...

He can not reach a certain threshold of power...

Which we will say, his Abilities can not reach Zodiac Levels...

"You say that as if that's a low level feat...but I understand. I will have to clear them all out then focus on Covet," So-Yi said, wiping her eyes and focused on the Lich Princess, her Discernment telling her she's the main target. "My ears don't ring anymore..."

Yes, but now you can see what others can not...

Principalities and Powers...

Also, you can see the unseen with your Stigmata...

Beshin-Keh, Unseen Eye...

So-Yi nodded and got into her stance, blue lightning crackling around her leg as she tensed her muscles before dashing forward and launching her Silver Swallowtail forward. Warping forward, she avoided each slash from the Reaper's scythes then launched an electrifying kick toward the Lich Princess.

The Princess grunted in shock noticing So-Yi bolting forward, barely blocking the attack with her staff then let out an attack order call with a single scream. So-Yi grunted heavily as her ears began to ring, the Lich Princess's scream temporarily deafening her.

Walk by faith...

Not by sight...

Lean not on your own understanding...

So-Yi winced softly as she opened one eye, noticing a group of Reapers charging toward her to claim her soul with a single slash. Quickly thinking, she palmed the ground, releasing a burst of wind to create a dust devil to distract the Reapers for a split moment.

So-Yi locked onto multiple Reapers at once, aiming at each of their weakpoints and began rapidly launching Purifying Blows at the Reapers. Clearing each Monster one by one, only one Reaper remained yet the Lich Princess rushed to his side and jumped into his arms.

So-Yi watched as the two Monster's bodies began to glow, their two bodies joining into one and fusing together to form a much stronger entity So-Yi has never seen before. "What...what is that..?"

You don't have a Nexus System, so you wouldn't know about Fusion Monsters...

"Fusion?! These things— I mean these Monsters can fuse together?!" So-Yi asked in terror, glancing over at my Sovereign Butterfly.

"You seem very familiar... To that one girl..." The fused monster said, the purple glow shattering off her body to reveal a woman with short black hair and a dark purple cloak wrapped around her body.

Emerging beneath her cloak was a thick light gray tail with small spike at the end and bony wings with black webbing held her up in the air. Draconic horns began protruding from the woman's head, completing her transformation.

"That makes no sense..! A humanoid DRAGON came from the fusion between a Lich Princess and a Reaper?! Not only that, why am I getting these types of battles?! Is this really what Woo-Chi went through?" So-Yi asked, her eyes unable to leave the figure of the Bone Dragon before her.

You wouldn't know this, but the Reapers are dead Salamander...

It makes perfect since once you've read my Father's Monster Index...

"I guess, but I guess the time for complaints are over since we're already here..." So-Yi said, getting into her stance and bracing herself for the battle against the Bone Dragon.

The Bone Dragon landed on the ground with a heavy thud then charged toward her with a draconic strike and a terrifying roar. So-Yi phased through her attack then countered with a leaping kick to her chest, the kick dealing minimal damage.

The Bone Dragon laughed as So-Yi struck her body with rapid strikes, each attack only fueling her power via Fury Boosts. The Bone Dragon parried So-Yi's next strike and went for a palm strike, but So-Yi warped behind her to my Sovereign Butterfly.

Grabbing the Bone Dragon's arm, So-Yi let out her Korean battle cry as she used all her might to flip the large woman over her shoulder and onto the ground. So-Yi followed with a Purifying Strike at the Bone Dragon's core, but the Bone Dragon let out a roar to breath fire at So-Yi's face.

So-Yi grunted heavily, barely phasing backwards in time to avoid her face being melted off then she leaped backwards to access the situation. "She's highly intelligent for a Monster. Are all Fusions like this?"

Yes, they are a fusion between a Humanoid Monster and a Beast...

Because of that, they gain a conscious...

Sentience...

True Life...

A blessing for Monsters that mirror our own union of flesh between humans...

So-Yi stared at the Bone Dragon, watching her stand up onto her feet and truly understanding why I wanted to protect the Monsters and the true nature of Ragnarok's Mercy. She glanced backwards toward the battle between Luciel, Shiro, and Covet, her right eye twinkling as she hatched an important idea.

Covet chuckled as he evaded and blocked both Luciel and Shiro's tagged onslaught, his increased speed momentarily out matching even Shiro's. As he went for a counter strike, Luciel grabbed his arm and left him wide open for Shiro's Destiny Flash against his chest.

Covet grunted heavily as he flew backwards then used a flap of his wings to stop himself from hitting the walls of the entangled arena. "Heh... Let's turn this up a bit why don't we?!"

Leviathan unwrapped from around Covet's body, firing blasts of black water toward Luciel and Shiro, the torrents of black waves aiming to wash over them with nether energy. Luciel and Shiro swiftly evaded the corroding waters then both charged toward Covet and Leviathan.

Leaping over Shiro's sweeping kick, Covet countered with a powerful roundhouse to knock him away then phased through Luciel's attack then blocked her kick. He struck her stomach with a staggering palm strike, following by having Leviathan deal swift damage with rapid pecks of her sharp beck.

"Say goodbye, Warden! First and last day on the job as a teacher! Such a shame!" Covet boasted, surrounding his hand with nether energy then thrusted it forward.

Luciel's right eye flashed an amber light from under the bangs of her hair, a divine fire spiralling around her body to block Covet's strike. She began to let out powerful roars, her Holy Fire growing around her body and her hair setting ablaze as she transformed into her Leo Zodiac Form.

Covet grunted heavily as he shielded himself from the heatwave Luciel's aura, the high winds pushing him back slightly yet he stood his ground. "What the heck is this..?! She has Zodiac Energy as well..?!"

Luciel reverted back to her normal form then warped in front of Covet in the midst of his confusion, striking his face with a spinning heel kick. Covet groaned loudly as he was taken by surprise, his body flying backwards before recovering off one hand.

Luciel rolled her shoulders and stomped her foot down, getting into her Lion Stance and lowered her posture into her Prowling Stance. "I'm not the same Nun I once was two years ago...Angels like you were watching the Exzodian Massacre, so you know how I was before."

"I, too, doubted that my Spiritual Husband was Ascea from time to time years ago...but after realizing Nox is He, I was truly born again into my real purpose as his Spiritual Wife!" Luciel declared, a circle of flames spiralling around her body.

"It is my duty to Shepard this generation back into the hands of God, and I will do it with Grace, but do not think I don't also have Judgement of my own!" Luciel roared, her body vanishing at invisible speeds and leaving behind a blazing trail of energy.

Covet's eyes slightly widened at Luciel's raw speeds, grunting heavily as an invisible strike knocked him backwards then forward, causing him to lose his balance. He tried to keep up with Luciel's Stealth Strikes, but her steps were hidden as if she weren't in the natural realm.

Shiro watched with a steady gaze, analyzing Luciel's attack patterns as he also had experience with the Leo Zodiac Power. 'Such speed...not even I could master the true agility of Stealth Strike. She is Lord Nox's Spiritual Wife for sure...'

Covet stumbled backwards upon Luciel's next strike then managed to block Luciel's attack by sheer luck, a golden flash streaming around his body. "Tch! To have to use Luck of all things to match your power...The Mojisolan Technique does come in handy though."

"That isn't a Mojisolan Technique, your Human Aspects come from Esoria through and through and something told me you were from Esoria and now I know why," Shiro said, uncrossing his arms and scoffed lightly.

Covet laughed softly at Shiro as he pushed Luciel away, looking at his hand as golden aura flowed around his body. "And yet...you managed to combine the two. You created a Soul Tie between the Mojisola Tribe and the Esorian Faith. One that can't be broken..."

"Shiro Moji, you were a great hero in your time, but you've simply—" Covet continued, his sentence being interrupted by the devastating blow from the Bone Dragon.

Luciel and Shiro were both equally as surprised then turned over to So-Yi, who managed to tame a Fusion Monster. So-Yi smiled at the two with heavy pants and battle scars along her body, her uniform tattered after her brutal battle against the Bone Dragon.

"For Appa!! Ascea is alive!" The Bone Dragon roared, her once corrupted draconic aura, now being renewed as Rebirth Energy, her aura glowing a darker hue of Iridescent Energy.

"Ms. Winters, Shiro! Come on while the Bone Dragon has Covet occupied!" So-Yi called out, pointing at an opening in the arena from her battle against the Bone Dragon.

Luciel looked at the hole in the entangled branched then glanced back at the Bone Dragon, noticing her holding the line for them to escape. Without hesitation, she dashed toward the hole in the arena walls. Grabbing So-Yi's hand, she warped ahead toward the exit and slippped through the hole before nature could restrore the arena.

Shiro teleported to Luciel and So-Yi, flying after the two and looking ahead to see Class 12-A at the center of Battle Zone 4 then stopped and landed on the ground. "This is as far as my Heavenly Father is allowing me to go, but I sense of my own own within the crowd. Please give her this.."

Luciel stopped running then turned back to Shiro to see an angelic device that looked like a watch floating toward her. She caught it in her hand, looking down at the golden metallic coat of the watch. "Is this for Ye-Won?"

"Yes, but only until she fully understands her heritage. She's not Esomojian, she's not Esosolan, and certainly not Esomojisolan. She's Mojisolan and a Shiuji. I want her to share my System with the world, but only until she knows her identity in The Nexus," Shiro said, his body glowing brightly before returning to the heavens.

So-Yi looked at the watch in Luciel's hand, curious about the System Shiro had developed then looked ahead at the center of the forest. "We should probably head to them...but before we go, I want to tell you what the Bone Dragon said to me.."

Luciel placed the watch in her pocket, turning around to look at So-Yi and noticed her staring off into space with an unpleasant expression on her face toward Class 12-A. "What is it? What did she tell you?"

"Before Hyeon Bae and I were F Rank, Woo-Chi was F Rank before us and she used to get mercilessly bullied by Kim Eun and her lackies. The Ranks aren't only based on the merits of Go-Goken, but based on deadly Sins," So-Yi began, her gaze never leaving Ha-Rin's perfect stature.

"And they aren't graded automatically, Class 12-A has an Overseer. One that even slips under Headmistress Kaguya's nose because that Overseer is Ha-Rin's uncle, Cho Jin-Hyan... Kaguya's Boss," So-Yi finished, grunting softly and held her arm as she staggered lightly.

Luciel let out a deep exhale as she reverted back to her normal form, looking at Class 12-A as well then crossed her arms with a face of slight uncertainty. "An Overseer, huh? No wonder she's an A Rank while it seems unobtainable for the rest of you. It's rigged..."

"Woo-Chi...she's been hiding in her room for two years now from what the Bone Dragon told me. Covet has a Reaper keep regular checks on her...we have to find her and bring her back or else... Ha-Rin wins," So-Yi said, dragging herself forward with light staggers in her steps, her body finally giving away once again.

Luciel saw how set Sang So-Yi was on taking down Ha-Rin and possibly the entire regime behind the Go-Goken System. The pure diligence in her decision, her righteous choice, all stemming from wanting to redeem a young woman who was shunned by her own community.

Fully supporting her choice, Luciel followed behind Sang So-Yi with her mind made up on reshaping Class 12-A and putting an end to a devilish game before it could truly begin. 'I think I know who I am to truly bring to Yochanan now...Grushia in its entirety needs to be baptized by the waters...so they may be cleansed by the fire...'

Jiahn and Hyeon Bae looked over at the sound of crunching leaves in the distance, the two of them gasping as they saw a wounded So-Yi walking back toward the class. The class looked over at Sang So-Yi with awe and surprise as well, Ha-Rin being taken aback the most by So-Yi's return.

The one lost sheep had finally returned to the divided flock, wounded yet still standing strong as the Shepard who brought her back walked behind her. Sang So-Yi walked past everyone and straight toward Ha-Rin, standing in front of her face with a serious expression.

"Kan Ha-Rin, two years ago Woo-Chi went missing just like this and I know it was because of your in the end...it was you who caused her to have a mental breakdown. I will expose your lies...and I will destroy the name of your entire Clan. I will bring Woo-Chi back and expose you for who you truly are," So-Yi promised, staring Ha-Rin in the eyes.

"Who I truly am? I'm your friend, Sang So-Yi and we've all been worried sick. You come back and start threatening me and my Clan? Waeyo? It is not my fault my works are accepted by God's and yours aren't. If you do good, would you too not be accepted?" Ha-Rin asked, placing her hand over her heart and giving So-Yi a worried expression.

"I think about Woo-Chi all the time and I believe what Kim Eun and her friends did to her was over the top, but who's to say God didn't have a purpose for that? I mean, she was rightfully punished for giving my best friend Delirium," Ha-Rin said, gesturing toward Hyeon Bae with concern.

So-Yi's eye twitched with annoyance as Ha-Rin called Hyeon Bae her best friend, balling her hands into fists as the hairs upon her arm began to stand from her boiling blood. Just before she responded, Do Song Boon stepped between the two and separated them, preventing a physical dispute.

"All that matters is that Sang So-Yi is back, and we averted another crisis. We shouldn't be fighting amongst each other, especially not after today. We've done enough of it," Do Song Boon mediated, her gaze shifting between Sang So-Yi and Kan Ha-Rin.

Sang So-Yi huffed lightly, pulling away from Do Song Boon and walked off with frustration, her hand still crutching her arm. Luciel watched as Sang So-Yi walked away and let out a soft exhale, her gaze shifting back to Ha-Rin, her discernment telling her to stay more aware of Ha-Rin.

--------------------------------

The school day went by as normal, soon the final bell ringing for all the students to head home. Luciel sat at her desk with her elbows propped on her desk, her fingers interlocked over her mouth and her eyes closed. She sat in silence for a while, mentally going over everything that happened earlier.

Su-Yun walked toward Luciel's desk, knocking on the surface to get her attention. "Luci? Are you alright?"

"Mmm...just thinking about everything. This class is more than what meets the eye. It's ran off lies and deceit. A class like this that would bully a fellow classmates into expulsion? It's wrong...and I will not stand for it," Luciel said, standing up from her seat and storming out the classroom.

Su-Yun's cat ears perked up at Luciel's sudden burst of passion then chased after her, matching her steps as she followed Luciel down the halls. "Where are you going?"

"To look at the student files. Woo-Chi's information should still be in the system. It's only been two years, and who knows...maybe Covet lied about her being expelled and she's just on administrative leave," Luciel said, stopping at an elevator then went to press the button to go up.

Suddenly, a hand covered the buttons, Luciel and Su-Yun looking up at the man before them stopping them from going up. The brown haired man looked at the two women, smirking at the two of them. "Going up?"

"Uh...yeah? Could you kindly move aside? We are kinda busy," Luciel said, placing her hand upon her hip and rose a brow.

"Sorry, but us Professors heard there were two new teachers making trouble on their first day in Battle Zone 4. Now, what kind of training are you giving to Class 12-A?" The male teacher asked with a sleazy grin, leaning against the wall in front of the elevator buttons.

'We are so not serious right now,' Su-Yun though to herself, looking down at her phone to check when the sun would set before she went from Sa Nu Rim back to Lee Su-Yun.

"Look, we apologize for the disturbance, but we were just teaching a normal class and a student got lost. We found her and the crisis was averted. Now, can we get through, we have something important to do!" Su-Yun answered, stomping her foot down with slight impatience.

The male teacher laughed softly at the sound of Su-Yun's anxious tone, raising a brow and got off the wall to walk toward Su-Yun, grabbing her chin gently to inspect her face. "Well, if Sa Nu Rim's little impersonator doesn't sound anxious..~ That's very cu—"

Before the teacher could process what happened, a strong hand grabbed the back of his collar and yanked him against the wall. The man grunted as he hit the wall, holding the back of his head and opening one eye, grunting softly as he saw Do Song Boon's displeased expression on her face.

"You like touching women without their consent huh? E?! How about I touch you without your consent and make you have a chicken battle with me, huh? So I can rip your tailbone from your little booty?" Do Song Boon fussed loudly, crossing her arms and stomping her foot down, gasping as she caved a hole in the floor, her hands quickly covering her mouth.

The male teacher jolted in shock at Do Song Boon's incredulous strength, letting out shocked breaths before hurrying off with his tail tucked between his legs. Luciel watched the male teacher run off then looked down at the hole in the ground, letting out a tired chuckle and rubbed the back of her neck.

"T-That's right, Mr. Donn! Run off because next time I catch you, I'll rip your limbs off your body one by one, starting with your goods!" Do Song Boon called out to Mr. Donn, noticing the reactions of a few passing students then cleared her throat. "Don't you all have extra curriculars to be going to?"

Su-Yun and Luciel watched as the students quickly hurried off, the two of them glancing at each other and starting to question what exactly they got themselves into. Luciel let out a sigh and pressed the button to go to the upper floors of the school, all three women getting inside to head up to the staff floor.

"You're going up as well?" Luciel asked, glancing over at Do Song Boon with a raised brow.

"Ne.." Do Song Boon said with light embarrassment, bowing slightly to Luciel with an awkward smile.

Luciel inhaled sharply and moved her head to the side slightly, pressing the button for the top floor of the high school. The three woman stood in the elevator in awkward silence, each of them reflecting in their choices they made with their interaction with Mr. Donn, the embarrassing moment actually setting in.

The trio reached the top floor of the school, Luciel leading the trio to the Teacher's Office and walked inside to her assigned desk. At her desk sat a letter to her from a sender named, Watchman. She picked up the letter and began to read it carefully.

「Dear Luciel Winters and Sa Nu Rim, the newest additions to Grushia Institution,

We have watched your performance and your conducted lesson you have taught to Class 12-A, and the Overseer is...intrigued to say the least.

Please be assured, this letter isn't meant to be a threat or a service to scare, but a message to tell you that we are always watching.

Do be careful of what you teach our next generation, and do not let it interfere with the Overseer's works.

Sincerely, The Watchman.」

Luciel's grip on the paper tightened, causing it to slightly wrinkle before letting out a soft exhale and smirked lightly. Do Song Boon and Su-Yun glanced at each other before looking back at Luciel, watching her toss the letter back onto her desk and taking her seat.

"You're always watching huh? Well, my God is always watching too...and he sees your pathetic works," Luciel said, logging into her laptop then began to check the student files, the light of the screen reflecting off her focused face.

Su-Yun stepped forward and placed a hand on the back of Luciel's seat, watching her scroll upon each of their students' files and reading through them. Once they reached Woo-Chi's file, the three women began to focus as Luciel clicked on her file and pulled up her records.

Luciel gripped her mouse tightly, white lightning crackling around her hand and causing the electronics around her to start malfunctioning. She noticed her screen flickering and let out a soft sigh to calm her nerves, typing on the keyboard to check her files for her current address.

〘Address: 4253 Do-Do Lane, Dong-ga, Bulan - Lives with older brother.〙

'Nox, she's on your side of Seolhart,' Luciel said to me mentally, clicking on the address and noticing her house was within a small town.

I am already dealing with my side of things, but...

I can see if I can reach her...

It'll be my first time trying to reach a soul I personally don't know...

'I know...but I know you can do it. I know you're powerful enough to reach Woo-Chi from where you are,' Luciel replied back mentally, with a smile then stood up from her seat with Woo-Chi's address in mind. 'Meanwhile, I will see what I can do on my end as well whenever I have free time as their teacher and guardian...'

I know you will...

Good job today...

Rest up now....

It is finished for today...
