Upon hearing her new Master's question, Ying Zi took a saber out of her spirit ring and showed it, "Master, my weapon of choice is this saber."
After hearing this, Yichen thought, "A saber huh, she can cultivate the Moon Splitting Slash."
"Alright, as your first gift, I shall impart to you an Attack Skill, it's called Moon Splitting Slash. Cultivate it well, disciple." Yichen said to Ying Zi, he pressed this finger on her head to impart the technique and then disappeared.
Meanwhile, in Ying Zi's thoughts, "Looks like I didn't make a mistake by taking him up as my Master. Mom..your daughter will take revenge for you one day."
It turns out that Ying Zi was from the Ying Clan in a nearby city called Snow Phoenix City. The Ying Clan, being one of the top powers in the city, naturally had a large family.
