After rewarding the two able deputies, Gaven shifted his attention to the divine incarnation of the Jackalwere King.
This was the second one to fall into his hands.
All of the Jackalwere King's demonic incarnations were intact, but there were only nine, at least two of which could not be deployed.
He occupied an enclave within the territory of the Queen of the Succubi, maintaining a large invading army that required several demonic incarnations to keep their position and prevent the Queen of the Succubi from launching a full counterattack to drive away or destroy the army.
Thus, the number of divine incarnations the Jackalwere King could mobilize was the same as that of the Ghoul King.
What Gaven needed to do next was to further disrupt this balance of power, without needing to heavily injure the true form of the Jackalwere King, or even destroy all of his demonic incarnations, just two or three more.
Would the Ghoul King continue to follow him, fighting bravely?
