Because a Divine Nature Incarnation represents a past point in time, its connection to the original isn't as close as imagined.
This trait has both clear benefits and drawbacks.
The benefit, naturally, is that the Divine Nature Incarnation possesses tremendous autonomy, able to think independently, execute various complex tasks alone, and is perfectly in tune with the True Gods themselves.
Because it is a fragment split off from the True Gods themselves.
The drawback, however, is that, at the moment of its creation, the strength of the Divine Nature Incarnation is solidified, and its power is related to what the True Gods possessed at that moment, being half of that original power.
For example, if Lady Strategy's Divine Nature Incarnation was created when she was at a First-level Godhood, then she only possesses the strength of a Demigod.
If created at a Second-level Godhood, then it would have First-level Godhood power, and so forth, rounding down.
This is not immutable.
