The Laiserman Witch before him wasn't the one he met at the Laiserman refugee camp, but a big figure from the Laiserman Kingdom, a member of the Witches' Council, a legendary Laiserman Witch who called herself Red Feather. Alongside her were ten quasi-legendary Laiserman witches.
