[3rd POV]
Being Eternity and Infinity was a...new experience for Gwen. The powers that she had gotten from it was...incredible, immense, almost overwhelming at times. It was only thanks to her pretty much infinite intellect and her constant adaptation that Gwen wasn't losing control over the power she had.
And the reactions that she had gotten from the people of Malzif had been amusing enough. As the form she had taken when she reappeared back in Mars hadn't been her true form, and she did show them her true form.
Or at least a version of it. Her genuine true form would shatter their minds if they looked at it, so she showed them the Eternity like form that she had, which basically just made her look like a walking universe or something.
And now that she had the power of the World Forger, Mars was now impossible to attack. Beyond the fact that she literally was the universe at this point, Gwen was able to place impossible to breach barriers around the place. Making it effectively impossible for anything or anyone to enter without her permission.
If she used the power of the Anti-Monitor in tandem with it, she would make it even more impossible.
But right now that didn't matter. As instead, she was more focused on amassing even more personal power for herself. Having the power of Eternity, Infinity, the Runes, Those who Sit above in the shadows, and hundreds of Kings in Black were great, but still not even remotely enough.
Which meant she needed to head to other universes, other multiverses.
And now that she had the power she did? There were only really a few places she should go to in order to obtain as much power as humanly possible. The primary ones that she was going to focus on were...dead universes.
Aka universes that were completely and absolutely overwhelmed by the zombie virus. The marvel zombies universe would be the perfect hunting grounds for her, especially the ones that house characters like Galactus, who she could freely consume without fear of it causing a universal destruction.
As otherwise she might cause the end of an entire universe by consuming a Galactus or eater of worlds out there. That or she could piss off some of the higher beings, and while none of them really were a problem for her anymore, it would still be problematic to deal with them considering what was coming.
Which is exactly what she was doing right now.
She was in a dead universe, overrun by the "Hunger" which was the zombie virus that was such a threat. She wasn't even holding back at the moment, with her shadows coating entire worlds as she consumed them all. The hunger did not effect her in the slightest bit, and was instead purified and eliminated like it was nothing.
She was simply too powerful to be harmed by it. That, and she had the ability to adapt to literally anything, so adapting to a virus means absolutely nothing to her.
Which is why nothing in this universe was able to stop her, as she was actively consuming trillions of lives every second, absorbing every dead being in this universe, leaving the living ones alone. The power that was flowing into her wasn't that insane, but it was enough to make a reasonable difference.
And that was only cemented further once her shadow began to flood towards Earth, where the zombified Galactus was. He was the primary target of this entire thing, and it was him that she was here for in the first place.
As once she absorbs him, she will officially obtain one of the last primary energies of this multiverse, the power cosmic. The energy that was capable of doing just about anything you can ever think of. Reality warping was a casual thing you could do with it, and there were so many other abilities and traits of the energy that is possible.
And Gwen was very excited to obtain that energy for herself.
She could feel Galactus trying to fight back against her, the zombified heroes surging towards where she was in the universe, but they could do nothing as her shadows were all encompassing, and consumed them with no difficulty whatsoever.
And soon Galactus fell to her, as if he was nothing more than a bug to be stepped upon, his power being absorbed into her as Gwen let out a low pleased sigh. The sensation of power cosmic flowing through her being, as a pleased grin formed on her face.

'Huh...neat' Gwen thought with a shrug, as she finished absorbing the heroes on Earth. She would have felt bad, but they were all dead and wanted to eat everything and everyone, so...she didn't really feel bad.
She had finished consuming every single remnant of the Hunger from this universe with no difficulty whatsoever. She imagined it was making the Watcher, who was involved in why this place even had it in the first place (through some time loop fuckery), not exactly expecting what she had just done.
Not like he could do anything if he was angry with her though.
"I can see why those things are such a threat though" Gwen said to herself, her senses scanning the entire multiverse for the next zombie corrupted universe, deciding that she was going to consume every universe with them in it. A perfect way to not only get rid of a rather big threat, but also to get more power without causing any problems.
'I would normally stress caution in absorbing entities like Galactus so openly. But...this virus is a blight upon the multiverse, so it is good that you are consuming every single piece of it' The Phoenix spoke in her mind, also not liking the Hunger.
It basically went against her very being, and was disliked by her for that reason.
'Right, what is the reason why Lady Death has not stopped this virus? It is almost certainly against her domains and breaks several laws of the multiverse' Gwen asked inwardly, wondering what the reason could possibly be.
'It is out of her realm. They exist in a state that is between life and death, meaning that they are not in my realm, or hers. This effectively makes it impossible for us to stop them, as we have no right to. Which is a large reason as to why they are such a big issue, and why your extermination of them is a very good thing' The Phoenix explained, as Gwen paused.
'...That makes a lot more sense than I was expecting, to be honest' Gwen thought in response, finding that her explanation was sound, and explained a lot as to why they couldn't do anything about it.
It was in an in between, something they could not touch as they simply didn't have the right to. It was more so up to the humans and other beings to take care of the problem, like Gwen, who was untouched by the rules of reality, and could casually break them at this point.
Meaning she could kill the zombies without any problem, and won't be getting in trouble for doing it.
'A lot of things involving the cosmic hierarchy tends to sound confusing, but in actuality is quite simple' The Phoenix responded with what felt like a mental shrug, causing Gwen to just chuckle.
'Good to know' Gwen thought, as she found the next universe infected by the virus.
Seeing the universe, Gwen grinned, teleporting off towards her next hunt, one thought on her mind.
'...Time to kill some more zombies!'
