Wayne stood in mid-air looking frustrated, as Uriel and the Lord of Envy kept hogging the microphone, he didn't know where to start with what he wanted to say.
With enthusiasm comes decline, and eventually exhaustion, leaving things tasteless.
Wayne found it rather dull, but wanted some fun, so he connected with Michael, asking him to shoulder the responsibility of the Kingdom of Heaven's Vice-Regent, not to let Devils disrupt Heaven's order, and to also take on the role of Hell's ringleader, organizing a team-building event for the Devils.
Hell had been sealed for so long, the Devils' desires had been suppressed for so long and must be on the verge of bursting.
