Heya frowned slightly and rephrased: "Boss, Uriel's people have come knocking. Should I chase them away?"
"They're not Uriel's people—well, at least not yet." Wayne stopped the car, a trace of a smile in his eyes.
As soon as he finished speaking, the passenger door opened. Tank operator Kel climbed into the car and winked theatrically at Wayne: "Wayne, how did you know I'm a Legendary Mage?"
"Give it a rest. Legendary Mages are so last patch."
Wayne snarked before continuing, "One look at that trash Life Force Field and it's obvious. You being a Legendary Mage is just a result of the Holy See dumping resources on you. Your foundation's shaky, your depth is lacking, and there's really nothing to brag about."
"Just admit I'm a Legendary Mage already!"
Kel snorted and turned to look at Hexuno, blinking as he said, "Sis, you're here too?"
