Usually, when occasionally sweeping the Wo pirate, they can only occasionally fire cannons or chase one or two warships of Wo pirate pirates.

The navy warriors naturally feel very eager; besides regular guard patrols and clearing dangerous Deep Sea monsters, they naturally want to find large-scale Wo pirate fleets for battle.
Unfortunately, the Wo pirates have become clever.
Most operate in small teams, striking out flexibly and darting around.
Even if occasionally a small fleet touches the Bay Territory's warships, they try to scatter and escape as much as possible.
Reducing losses while also warning surrounding Wo pirates, thereby avoiding areas where the Bay Domain Navy is located.
