Yang Yi didn't doubt that the Grey-cloaked People would keep their promises, but he thought they would have to impose some conditions on him because if he were Bruno, he wouldn't so easily satisfy his conditions either.
There had to be some kind of constraint; otherwise, it wouldn't make sense.
