"Mo Shangjun, what do you think I'm here for?"
Ya Tianxing narrowed his eyes slightly, his deep tone carrying a hint of warning.
"Aren't you worried about me?"
Mo Shangjun raised her eyebrow, responding as if it were obvious.
Ya Tianxing paused, scrutinizing her, and said deliberately, "I'm always surprised at how clearly you understand yourself."
Looking directly at Ya Tianxing, Mo Shangjun said, "I'm also surprised at how deep your understanding of me is."
"But even if the sky falls this time, it won't be your turn to step up." Ya Tianxing furrowed his brows and spoke bluntly.
Raising her eyelid, Mo Shangjun asked, "What do you mean, my senior?"
Ya Tianxing's face darkened.
There was more to the words.
It was clear he was saying Ya Tianxing wasn't from the navy and had no right to decide what she was going to do.
Ya Tianxing said coldly, "And neither are you."
After a pause, Mo Shangjun said, "But I have a way."
