Upon hearing Li Yuphei's question, An Yiqing was momentarily stunned, then she smiled, "What? Has this matter surprised even you? I really have my eye on that piece of land, is there a problem?"
"There's no problem with the land; however, if you want to buy it, you'll have to put forth a great deal of effort." Li Yuphei glanced at the German document in his hand, flourished his signature with style, then gestured for his secretary to leave.
He stood up, walked slowly to the floor-to-ceiling window, holding the phone in one hand while casually putting the other in his pants pocket. His posture was graceful, his demeanor dignified, inspiring admiration.
"Why? What's wrong with that piece of land?" An Yiqing squinted slightly, would it require a lot of effort?
"Do you know why that land is so well located, yet remains vacant to this day?" Li Yuphei retorted.
An Yiqing was also pondering this question; she hummed a bit, indicating for Li Yuphei to continue.
