ARIA'S POINT OF VIEW
As I stumbled, my hands trembled, and the piece of paper I was holding slipped from my grasp, fluttering to the ground.
My head felt heavy as if it couldn't bear the weight of the memories flooding back to me. I sank to my knees, trying to steady myself as the world around me seemed to spin.
With both hands clutching my head, I closed my eyes tightly, trying to make sense of the flood of emotions and images that overwhelmed me.
I staggered backward, my heart pounding in my chest, as Demion took a step toward me. His concerned expression and outstretched hand were meant to offer comfort, but in that moment, I couldn't bear his proximity.
"Are you okay?" he asked, his voice laced with genuine worry.
I tried to find my voice, but the memories and emotions swirling inside me made it difficult to form coherent words. My mind was still reeling from the rush of recollections, and Demion's presence only added to the overwhelming mix of feelings.
