Ji Yunhuan lowered her head and planted a warm kiss on his forehead, her lips carrying a gentle heat as she gazed at him affectionately, "Being by your side, I'm not tired at all. I'll just make you some plain porridge, it's no trouble. You've caught a cold, you probably don't have much of an appetite, right?"
She placed her hand on his stomach, "Don't let the cold come with a stomachache, that would be worrisome."
Listening to Ji Yunhuan, Qi Cheng smiled and said, "Honey, you're wonderful."
Ji Yunhuan knew he agreed. She understood Qi Cheng very well; he rarely eats properly, so he eats even worse when he's sick.
She quickly got out of bed and went to the kitchen. She had brought the rice herself, having planned for this all along.
By the time Ji Yunhuan had finished cooking the porridge, Qi Cheng had already fallen asleep, which showed the medication was strong.
She placed the bowl of porridge to the side, not rushing to wake him up, just silently watching the man quietly.
