According to the original route, he should have been on the Ocean King to arrive at Rice Fragrance City located on the north side of the Golden Trade Route. However, he was now thousands of miles off course, arriving at another inconspicuous small city by the Endless Sea.
Spring River City.
The reason it's called Spring River City is because there's a large river called Spring River beside the city, flowing from here into the Endless Sea.
