The domain gate in Endless City connects to the Heavenly Profound Continent. Previously, Carson Flores and Selah Ellison Venerable One entered the Heavenly Demon Continent through Endless City.
Aydin Hatfield had previously instructed his subordinates to reveal their identity and forcefully occupy Endless City to ensure the smooth operation of the domain gate and prevent the Demon Race in the Heavenly Demon Continent from closing it.

Carson Flores had previously sent word back to the Celestial Palace that members of the Heavenly Dao Alliance were hiding on the Heavenly Demon Continent. Nico Weaver dispatched a sufficiently strong team to Heavenly Demon Continent for a pursuit, but the Heavenly Dao Alliance members hid in the Sky Wolf Palace, making it impossible for the Celestial Palace pursuit team to locate them.
