"God, thank goodness you c-came!" she helplessly said. The young man immediately helped her into the car and carefully closed the door.
"What happened, Vi? What happened? You're bleeding... You're..."
"Drive to my condominium instead, Charles. Don't drive to any nearby hospitals here," she said. Her lips curled in pain.
Violet's POV.
I closed my eyes from the pain in my body. I was fighting off dizziness and wanted to vomit. The smell of metallic blood enveloped my body and clothes now.
I'm still wearing the hospital's gown, I should have stayed inside it if only Xelby didn't warn me with another shot.
Luckily, I didn't have Zayn in the same room. I know Xelby can't kill me, but he'll surely take the initiative and the chance to kill Zayn if he's there.
I jumped out of my room's window. Good thing no one noticed. But I think now, they already knew I was missing.
And Charles is still awake, someone could fetch me at this moment.
