Kaito led the group out of the castle, walking all the way to the edge of the floating landmass.
"Right here?"
Minato surveyed the surroundings.
"Not worried about causing damage?"
"No problem, it will be kept under control." Kaito spoke with an air of confidence.
"Sasuke, you guys are here!"
Hearing Naruto's voice, Kaito turned around to see Sasuke's team of four also approaching from the direction of the castle.
"Uncle, what are you all doing?" Sasuke asked.
"Preparing to manufacture a satellite," Kaito replied.
Upon hearing this, Sasuke also looked incredulous. "...How is that possible? That's too reckless. Are you planning to ask Grandfather Madara for help?"
"I can manage it myself. Watch closely."
Kaito gave a carefree smile, lightly closed his eyes, and formed hand seals.
"Kashikomi, Amamikami no Yashiro! Raikin Kōkō! (I humbly beseech, the Shrine of the Heavenly Deities! Come forth resplendently!)"
In an instant, spiritual light erupted around him, and fierce winds swirled. His long black hair and the hem of his snow-white robes fluttered wildly in the gale.
A formidable, overwhelming presence manifested out of thin air, descending upon him.
The surrounding crowd was momentarily subdued by this aura, involuntarily retreating several steps.
"Kyūkyū nyo ritsuryō! (Swiftly, in accordance with the law!)"
As Kaito's hands settled into a final seal, the spiritual light and whirlwind around him gradually subsided, and that astonishing presence also slowly calmed.
Then, Kaito opened his eyes. The purple Rinnegan was now clearly visible to all.
"The Rinnegan? How is that possible?" Sasuke murmured in surprise. "Did Uncle's eyes evolve that quickly?"
"Not at all-ttebayo!"
Naruto, who had somehow sidled up next to him, chimed in with a grin.
"I know, see! Uncle Kaito just said he can borrow yout Gramps' power."
"So that's it!"
Sasuke nodded, regaining his composure.
"Pretty lame, Sasuke, not even knowing that!"
Naruto was practically bursting with smugness.
"Tch! I wasn't asking you!"
Sasuke gave him a disdainful look and turned his head away.
"Hmph!"
Naruto pouted and also turned in the opposite direction.
"You're just parroting what Uncle said. What's there to be so smug about, dead-last!"
Sasuke couldn't resist adding another jab.
"At least I knew! You should be thanking Lord Naruto for giving you the answer!"
Naruto immediately perked up with pride again.
"Hmph!"
"Hmph!"
Both turned their heads away simultaneously.
"...Hey! Sasuke, you two are kids, right? So immature! Ahahahaha..."
Suigetsu, standing to the side, pointed at the two of them, cackling with laughter.
"..."
Sasuke suddenly felt that arguing like this with Naruto was indeed quite embarrassing. He simply snorted coldly, walked over to the other side of Suigetsu, putting some distance between himself and Naruto.
Meanwhile, Kaito had already formed another hand seal.
"Susano'o!"
Immediately, an even more powerful aura than before shot skyward once more. Visible blue chakra surged upwards, rapidly forming a translucent, gigantic figure. It possessed two heads and four arms, the backs facing each other, with the hands on both sides all held in seal-forming positions.
"Is he starting?"
"Move back, quickly!"
The surrounding crowd momentarily swayed and stumbled, collectively retreating a considerable distance again.
"So this is chakra..." Kaito's long hair and robe fluttered upwards, "...and the power of the Rinnegan. Truly marvelous."
Kaito experienced the sensation of utilizing chakra, finding it quite novel.
For him, this was an unprecedented experience!
"Well then, next..."
He lifted his head to gaze at the vast expanse of the cosmos above. The aura surrounding him churned forth once again.
Simultaneously, the Susano'o, mirroring his seals, erupted with another torrent of visible, majestic chakra, like fiercely burning blue flames.
"Hmm." Kaito muttered to himself. "Seems like it's still a bit lacking."
Subsequently, his body drew in the ambient natural energy like a whale sucking in water, creating a massive storm as he absorbed every trace.
"That should be about enough."
Kaito's eyes narrowed with focus.
"Tengai Shinsei! (Heavenly Obstruction Quaking Star!!)"
Instantly, what seemed like infinite gravitational force erupted from his being, surging into the boundless cosmos.
"Is it coming?"
Soon, a few individuals in the crowd with sharper perception suddenly looked up towards the sky above.
"It's here!!!"
Following a loud shout, several colossal meteorites instantly tore through the distant dark vacuum of space, then pierced the churning dust layer surrounding the Moon, casting an immense shadow over everyone below.
For a moment, many in the crowd felt their legs give way, sitting down hard on the ground.
"This... this kind of thing... r-really... can actually be done..."
"This is bad, the speed seems too fast!"
Minato, standing at the front of the group, looked up at the rapidly descending meteorites and shouted a warning.
"Kaito! Hurry up! If those meteorites crash down, they'll destroy the Moon!"
"Understood!"
Kaito squinted at the seemingly endless cluster of meteorites overhead, their edges unseen.
"One, two, three, four, five... Seven in total. The volume seems sufficient."
His hands formed seals once more. The Susano'o above him crossed its four arms in an embrace.
A pure black sphere abruptly appeared within the Susano'o's encircling arms and instantly expanded to an enormous size.
Then, the Susano'o's four arms lifted the black sphere and hurled it with immense force towards the sky.
"Chibaku Tensei! (Planetary Devastation!!!)"
The black sphere rapidly ascended to a point amidst the seven giant meteorites, emitting a blinding white light.
At the same time, overwhelmingly powerful gravitational force burst forth from the black sphere. The meteorites' downward trajectory halted abruptly.
Subsequently, the gravitational pull seemed to surge to yet another level. In that instant, all seven meteorites were simultaneously drawn towards the black sphere, colliding with each other.
White light that illuminated half the Moon erupted again. Centered on the black sphere, the seven meteorites began to compress layer upon layer, producing an unending series of tremendous roars.
The crowd stared dumbfounded at this spectacle, momentarily forgetting to blink or even breathe.
As the roar subsided and the dust slowly cleared, the outline of an incredibly massive spherical object was revealed.
"So huge!"
Naruto shouted, hand shielding his eyes as he gazed upwards in awe.
"You can't even see the whole thing from here-ttebayo!"
Sasuke's eyes shone with a mix of shock and astonishment.
How could this be? This technique is even more powerful than when Grandfather Madara used it!
At that moment, Kaito's feet left the ground as he flew straight upwards.
Soon, he arrived beneath the giant sphere. The Susano'o raised its four arms, palms aimed at the now-formed colossal celestial body overhead.
"Shinra Tensei! (Almighty Push!!!)"
Accompanied by a thunderous boom, the star rapidly shrank in the observers' view, seemingly moving a great distance away, then jolted to a stop.
Afterwards, the satellite began to revolve slowly around the Moon.
"I have temporarily placed this celestial body into a satellite orbit around the Moon."
Kaito descended gracefully from above, his robes billowing. Simultaneously, the chakra around him gradually dissipated, and the pattern of the Rinnegan in his eyes slowly faded.
By the time his feet touched the ground, the power borrowed from Madara had completely vanished.
He dusted off his hands and offered the crowd a slight smile.
"Once I install a teleportation array on it, it will be moved to a satellite orbit around our home planet."
