The lead was none other than a newly awakened curse master, Ace Lander. He, despite his meritorious record, was entangled in many controversies. I didn't care about the rest but two.
The first was that E.A.D Matthews strongly believed he had broken past the branch's firewall and infiltrated its mainframe on numerous occasions, accessing sensitive information. But she had no evidence to back her claims.
The second was that the Void-tier Prince McSuile had accused him of meeting and coercing the Overlord's descendant they had in custody at the secret base Wulfric. But he too didn't have any evidence to back his claims, like E.A.D. Matthews.
