This bastion was even worse to assault in the traditional manner, its walls were egregiously tall and thick, it looked as though it was a castle built by and for giants, but no, the size of the gates betrayed its human origins.
With such a density of stone, there was no doubt that gates visible from the outside would be followed by several more gates and portcullises as well as traps, so storming the city would be as easy as breaking one gate using trebuchets… In fact, apart from starving the defenders, there wasn't much in the way or traditional methods that Litrakq could employ.
