Aksai moved deeper into the far zone of his isolated farm space.
The air there was filled with a sweet, refreshing fragrance. It didn't take him long to find the source.
He stopped near the edge of a clearing and his eyes widened.
Before him stood ten enormous trees lined up neatly in two rows. They weren't ordinary trees — these were the newly planted Golden Rebirth Trees, but they already looked as if they had been growing for centuries.
Each tree stood at least thirty meters tall, its trunk covered in smooth golden-brown bark that shimmered faintly under the soft light of the farm's twilight sky. The bark looked like it was made of living metal, shifting in hue between bronze and gold.
The roots were thick and twisted, glowing faintly green as they pulsed with pure life force that spread through the soil. The leaves were long and narrow, shaped like blades but soft to the touch, glowing with a faint golden sheen.
