Shen Biran actually knows too, that the situation he's in now is all of his own making, and if it keeps going like this, it might only get worse.
If Gu Qingyuan keeps going on like this, he also needs to start reflecting on why he ended up with this outcome, why he's being ignored by Shen Biran, and what exactly caused it. All of that is something he has to think through carefully.
Shen Biran has her reasons for deciding not to forgive them, and at this point she no longer has that kind of intention anyway.
Her feelings toward Gu Qingyuan, her thoughts about him, are completely different from before.
She did have a chance to change Gu Qingyuan's mind, but given the circumstances, she genuinely has a different way of seeing things now.
Many people can understand why things turned out this way, but Shen Biran is the one who truly knows the reasons behind it.
If Shen Biran could go back to the past, then things naturally wouldn't have ended up like this.
