Everything was a blur to him.

All of it repeated in a loop, like fuel to his rage, pushing him forward.
And he moved.
He let go of the reins and allowed the burning feelings of anger and sorrow that surged through his body to take control of him.
His target was flickering in and out of sight in between the tree barks, but they would be running out of obstacles to hide behind eventually as they neared the end of the groove.
Nothing but the backyard of the palace would be before them at that moment.
Nowhere to hide.
Nowhere to escape.
And Sindbad would capture them.
The assailant seemed to understand that as well, and they needed to act to prevent it.
