The speed at which the Level 8 zombies appeared was much slower than Wang Tao had imagined. He had been busy for a month, yet no Level 8 zombies had shown up.
Although this was good news for the many survivors, Wang Tao felt quite frustrated that his strength wasn't improving.
Nonetheless, he took advantage of this period to rescue a large number of survivors. Most of the domestic survivors were sent to the Five Major Survivor Bases.
The so-called five major bases refer to five super-large survivor bases, including the Changhe Base. Of course, this refers only to population size; in terms of actual combat strength, even all four other bases combined couldn't compare to the Changhe Level's strength.
Given the current level of the zombie monsters, even super-large survivor bases couldn't withstand them. But domestically, there was no better place to send them, so they had to be brought here.
