Suddenly, one of them let out a muffled groan. This person, dressed in green, pressed down on the back of his hand, feeling as if there was something small and alive crawling under his skin, as if gnawing at his flesh.
The others also began to experience various adverse reactions. At first, the pain was subtle, but gradually, it intensified, and beneath their skin, pea-like lumps began to swell.

The man in green drew a dagger and slashed open the back of his own hand. He was ruthless, actually gouging out a piece of flesh from his hand.
Then, a small black insect was revealed hidden in the flesh. This little insect fed on human blood and flesh. It devoured the piece of flesh cut from the man in green. Initially the size of a sesame seed, it swelled to the size of a mung bean after consuming the flesh.
The small insect, like lightning, charged at the man again.
