"Heh." Yang Ruyu let out a cold laugh. "But are you sure you won't end up killing her in one go?"
Hei Dou, who had just grabbed a piece of sweet potato from the kitchen, ran over and blocked the woodshed door. "Dad, you can't touch her."

"Dad…" Hei Dou pounded hard on the door. "I'm begging you."
