"GYAAAH!!"
With one smooth motion, he twisted Allen's arm behind his back.
"OW! OW! OW! GHOSTS KNOW JIU-JITSU NOW?!"
Young Aether gave him a firm kick on the rear.
THUD!
Allen stumbled forward with a yelp.
"Asshole," Young Aether said while holding him firmly in place.
"It's me. Aether."
He leaned closer.
"If I were a ghost... how the hell would I be touching you?"
He gave Allen another small shove for emphasis.
"And I even have fucking legs!"
Allen blinked.
His brain slowly began connecting the dots.
"…Huh."
He looked down.
There were indeed... Legs.
Two of them, in fact!
"…Yeah... those are definitely legs."
Young Aether sighed.
"So... you're not a ghost?"
"Well, duh!"
Allen rubbed his chin thoughtfully despite still having his arm pinned.
"Hmm..."
He narrowed his eyes suspiciously.
"Still... how do I know you're really my friend? Aether died a long time ago."
His gaze travelled across Young Aether's youthful face.
