"Are you done parking, dear?" Dave asked helping Suzy place her bags in the car.
"Yes I am, thank you" Suzy took one last look at her house, before she went into the car.
Sensing Suzy's feeling, "Don't worry, your house will always be here" Dave said.
Suzy smiled at him. it has been a week since her father's death, no one seemed to want to take her in, it had already been decided to she was to be taken to the orphanage when Dave, her father's childhood friend and really close family friend decided since none of her relatives wanted her, she would stay with him and his family.
She was really thankful that at least someone wanted her, although she doesn't know Dave that well but her Dad would always talk about him so she knew he is a nice man.

Suzy was pushed into the closet by her mother was shaking in fear.
"Mommy" Suzy whimpered with tears in her eyes.
"Suzy, no matter what you hear, don't come out of the closet" her mom said trying to close the closet.
"Mommy, who are those men downstairs?"
"Don't worry, mommy will take care of them"
Suzy could feel her mom shaking, "mommy, I'm scared"
"Nothing will happen to you, please be quiet" her mom said closing the closet as they heard footsteps making its way upstairs to where they were.
Suzy watched as the men surrounded her mom through a little hole, although she couldn't hear what was being said, she knew her mom was scared.
She watched as her mom was brutally murdered by the four men and she couldn't do anything, what could she do, she was only five.

"Suzy, wake up, we have arrived"
Suzy woke up in cold sweat realizing she had been asleep. she took a deep breath, it was just a nightmare, she told herself.
Suzy got down from the car and stared at the house in front of her, "This is your house?"
Dave stood beside her, "Yes, is it not what you were expecting?"
She shook her head, "No, it's better than what I was expecting, your house is really huge" Suzy said with excitement, She could tell that Dave was loaded.
Dave smiled, at least she was smiling, "Come on, my wife has been dying to see you"
Suzy smiled as she followed him into the house, before she could fully entered the house she was embraced by a lady.
"Finally you're here's, I was starting to think Dave had forgotten the way home or something" the lady giggled softly
"No, I hadn't lost my way" Dave chuckled placing his arm round the lady's waist, " Suzy, this is my wife, Susan"
"Waw!! Our names even rhythms together" Susan beamed "You're a lot than I thought, I love your eyes, they are really unique"
Suzy blushed, "Thank you ma"
"Ma?, please call me Susan, you make me feel old if you call me ma"
Suzy smiled, "Okay Susan"
"Come with me, I've already designed your room for you"
"You didn't have to go through the stress" Suzy said feeling guilty.
"It wasn't stressful at all, I had lots of fun and help too. Speaking of help" Susan looked up at the stairs, "Son, come and make yourself useful!" She yelled.
"Oh I can carry my bags myself, so there is no need to call anyone" Suzy quickly said.
Susan laughed, "Of course there is need to call him, I don't want to tire you out on your first night here, come on let's go see your room"
Susan practically dragged Suzy upstairs into a room, as soon as Suzy saw the room, she knew it was made with so much love.
"So what do you think?" Susan asked facing Suzy but was shocked to see her crying, "Why? What's wrong? Don't you like the room? If you don't like it, I can change it for you?"
Suzy shook her head, "No I love it so much"
"Then why are you crying?"
"It's just I can't remember the last time my room was decorated like this for me?" Suzy said but actually she does remember, her mom made her room like for her on her 5th birthday.
Susan smiled lovingly, "why are you so adorable?, why don't you unpack and take a quick shower before coming down for dinner?"
"Okay"
"Good, I'll be in the kitchen"
Suzy smiled as Susan left the room, she walked to the window and opened it, she really loved her new room.
As she was arranging some of her clothes in the closet, her room door suddenly opened, she assumed it was Susan.
"Where do you want this to be kept, princess?"
Hearing a familiar deep voice, Suzy quickly turned nearly falling down.
"Easy there, princess"
"Lexis?!, what are you doing here?" She asked shocked.
"what am I doing here?, Girl I live here"
"You live here?" Suzy repeated slightly losing her balance.
"So you are the chick mom has going crazy over?"
Lexis smirked amusingly. "I brought the rest of your bags for you"
"..."
"Don't I get a thank you, princess?"
"... Thanks"
He chuckled before leaving her room and she finally lost her balance and fell on the floor.
"No way! What's happening?"
A big smile made its way to her lips, she and Lexis were going to live under the same roof. This is amazing!
"No Suzy, you are supposed to be mourning not celebrating" Suzy slapped herself a little, remembering her Dad, her smile slowly faded.
Something still weighed on her mind, the police had told her that her father's death had been an accident but it just didn't make any sense to her.

Suzy made her way to the living room where she saw two kids playing video games.
"Hi" Suzy said causing both of them to turn towards her.they are a boy and girl who look so much alike.
"Hii, you must be Suzy" the girl said excitedly.
"Yes, that's me"
"I'm Iris and this is my twin brother Ivan" Iris said gesturing at Ivan who only nodded at Suzy before turning back to his game. "Don't worry, that's how he usually is"
"That's okay" Suzy smiled
"Oh I was about to call you and big brother to come down for dinner but I'm in the middle of a game and I really want to beat Ivan" iris said with a determined look. "Can you help me call big brother, his room right beside yours, please?"
Suzy nodded smiling and Iris gave her a big hug, "thanks some much, big sis"
Suzy went back upstairs to lexis' room door but just as she was about to knock, the door suddenly opened. She looked up and saw lexis without a shirt on, water dripping from his hair. God! He looked so hot!
"Take a picture, that would last longer" lexis smirked, snapping Suzy back to reality.
"Ewww, why would I do that?" She faked disgust, her face turning.
Lexis chuckled leaning towards her, "If you want, I could show you more" he whispered.
Suzy flushed bright red, "I.. I.. Just want to tell you that dinner is ready"
"Oh I am hungry but not for food" he smirked.
"Fucking pervert" Suzy said before running into her room and shutting the door behind her
she needed to calm herself down, if this keeps going on she doesn't think she would survive a week of living with lexis.
