"Talia, stop bothering Apollo. He is a man. Fewer words have greater impact." Kathrine interjected in Talia's onslaught of words. I appreciated the interjection as it worked, I just wish she wasn't preoccupied chatting with the others for ten minutes before she decided to stop Talia.
"Ok, boss-wife. I'll jump to the end. So, after we landed and I heard Janine wasn't at the palace, I decided to keep her company, cutting down time I could have spent with you, because I am a good friend."
Janine and I shared a quick glance at one another and I couldn't help smirk at her.
I then turned back to Talia and began to caress her face. "You did very well, Talia. Thank you for doing that for me. Is there any way I can thank you for doing such a nice-?"
"-Breed me!" Talia yelled with such enthusiasm that everyone present, the construction crew included, stopped and stared at us.
The Sepiidans breathing hastily increased in anticipation.
