CHAPTER 108 : THE MESSAGE
The director looked one second away from losing his sanity.
"What exactly is happening today?" he snapped, throwing the script in frustration before rubbing his forehead. "We have completed fight sequences with explosions in fewer retakes than this one hug scene!"
The entire set had fallen into an awkward silence by now. Staff members exchanged glances amongst themselves while Anastasia stood near the corridor set, visibly embarrassed for Arnold who looked ready to evaporate into thin air.
And in the middle of all this chaos stood Alexander Laurent. Tall. Calm. Hands inside his pockets.
Looking every bit innocent despite being the root cause of the poor boy's suffering.
Eleanora narrowed her eyes at him from afar before finally stepping forward.
"Sir," she addressed the director politely, forcing professionalism into her tone despite the irritation bubbling inside her chest. "Can I talk to him once?"
