"So that was your ex?" Tae's voice carried that rough edge of possessiveness.
I smiled, pressing myself into him, my arms locking tight around his waist. "You know I've only got eyes for you," I teased, brushing a soft kiss against his cheek.
His jaw flexed. "The way he tries so hard to talk to you makes me want to punch the crap out of him," he muttered, inhaling my scent as if he needed to brand it into his lungs.
Melting into his embrace, I let him lift me effortlessly. Before I knew it, we were in the bathroom, the glass door fogging under the steam of running water.
"You're such a pervert, baby," I pouted when his hand slid down, giving my ass a deliberate squeeze.
"Everything about you is distracting," Tae growled, pulling me against his chest. His skin was hot under my palms.
We were naked—of course we had to be.
"Haven't you had enough?" I asked, but my voice dripped with seduction instead of protest.
"I love it when you do that," he whispered against my neck, biting gently as he kissed the sensitive skin there.
A moan slipped out before I could stop it.
"Am I turning you on?" His free hand slid down, kneading my ass in slow circles that burned through me.
My knees almost buckled, and instinct had me pressing kisses along his chest, marking every inch my lips could find. His sharp intake of breath fueled me, made me bolder.
His grip tightened. "Fuck, Kim… don't tease me unless you're ready for what comes next."
I smirked against his skin, licking just above his abs. "Maybe I want to be punished."
That was all it took. He pinned me against the wet tiles, lips crashing onto mine with a force that stole the air from my lungs. His tongue dominated mine, claiming me completely. My body arched, desperate, as his hands explored every inch of me with bruising hunger.
The shower turned into our stage—moans, curses, and the sound of skin meeting skin echoing in the steam. His dirty whispers fueled my need, his thrusts relentless until I couldn't think, couldn't breathe, only feel.
When it was over, I clung to him, trembling, while the hot water washed over us both.
He kissed the side of my head softly this time. "Mine," he whispered.
"Yours," I breathed, weak but smiling.

Later, dressed in a loose knitted baggy top long enough to brush my thighs, paired with shorts beneath, I let my long hair fall in soft waves. A touch of makeup brightened my face.
Tae kept it casual: a white button-down rolled at the sleeves, dark jeans hugging his frame just right, and sneakers. Simple—but on him, devastating.
We were about to head out when my phone rang.
A smile instantly spread across my lips. "It's Hyung!"
We sat on the couch, laptop open, the screen lighting up with his familiar face.
"Hi, star," I teased.
"Annyeonghaseyo, Hyung," Tae greeted politely.
Hyung chuckled. "How are you two doing?"
"We're good. What about you?" we answered in unison, making him laugh again.
"I'm good too. What are you guys up to?"
"Just going for a stroll," I said.
"Where's your husband?" Tae slipped, earning a playful smack on the shoulder from me.
"He meant your wife," I corrected.
Hyung grinned. "She's making breakfast." Pride was written all over his face.
"Shinwoo spoils you too much, Hyung. You're being pampered like royalty," I teased.
"And your boyfriend spoils you too. Don't be petty," he shot back, making us laugh.
"Breakfast is ready," Shinwoo's voice called as he sat beside Hyung, sliding into the frame.
"Shinwoo, I was just asking about you," I smirked. "If my brother mistreats you, come back—I'll deal with him myself."
Shinwoo's lips curved smugly. "Thanks for the concern, sweetie, but I can handle him myself."
We all laughed. Soon after, Hyung excused himself for a shoot, promising to visit once he returned from Japan.
When the call ended, I sighed. "Did you see his dark circles? He hardly sleeps. Is acting that harsh that he neglects himself like this?"
"Your brother's stubborn," Tae reminded softly. "And he's memorizing Japanese lines—it's bound to take a toll. But he's strong."

The neighborhood was quiet as we strolled hand-in-hand—until we bumped into Lee Song.
His smile was bitter. Before I could speak, my presence alone made him shrink slightly.
But fate had more in store.
Sulin appeared just then, dressed extravagantly in a fitted emerald hanbok-inspired gown embroidered with gold, dripping in jewelry that sparkled even under daylight. Behind her trailed Tae Jim—my father—but now, he was reduced to nothing more than her servant, carrying her bag like a common porter.
"Don't tell me this is what I think," I smirked.
Lee Song's lips pressed into a pitying line. "It is. She took everything. Now he bends to her for scraps. If Kim were still alive, maybe he could've helped."
Darling, I am alive and standing in front of you.
"Don't waste time worrying about unimportant things," I dismissed coldly, tugging Tae along.

At the Tae villa, chaos awaited.
Crashes. Yells.
"You can't even do things properly!" Sulin's voice, sharp as a whip, echoed through the halls.
We peered in to see her towering over my father, who was cowered in the corner like a beaten dog.
I pulled out my phone and hit record.
"Don't forget—I can tell the police you killed your son," she spat, eyes gleaming with malice. "And threatened me to stay silent."
His voice broke. "You injected him. My son died because of you. You poisoned his mother's drink. Why frame me for what you did?"
She laughed, cold and cruel. "When I talk, you shut up. We both had a hand. You nearly choked your son to death—I only finished the job. Don't act innocent now."
My grip on the phone tightened. Enough evidence. More than enough.
I stepped inside.
"Didn't expect a visitor?" My voice sliced through the tension.
They froze.
Recognition dawned in Sulin's eyes instantly. She straightened, plastering on a fake smile. "Young Master Woo."
She ordered Tae Jim—my father, her servant now—to fetch me a drink.
I smirked venomously. "No need. I just passed by to greet my new neighbors. Didn't expect to walk in on such an argument."
Her face faltered but recovered quickly. "Forgive us for disturbing your peace, Young Master."
I sat casually, squeezing Tae's hand for calm. "It's normal for spouses to argue. Just don't let it become violent—it's unbecoming. My boyfriend and I argue too… but we make up instantly."
Her smile cracked. "Oh… you… have a boyfriend?"
"Let's be clear. I'm gay," I said, voice honeyed but sharp. "And I think your son was too. Pity I never got to see him again. Oh, and Han In? Also gay. Didn't you know?"
Her composure faltered. Tae Jim's eyes widened in disbelief.
I stood, brushing invisible dust from my sleeves. "Thank you for the hospitality."
---
Outside, I collapsed into Tae's arms, hugging him tight.
"I hate them. I really hate them," I whispered, voice cracking.
"You were amazing in there. My baby is strong, unbeatable," Tae praised softly, kissing my hair.
Tears fell before I could stop them. I wiped them away with a shaky smile. "You just know which button to push."
He kissed me gently. "I'll reward you for being brave. Ice cream. My treat."
---
Later, back at our apartment, my phone buzzed.
Yoo Jin.
I picked up. His voice was calm, but cold. "I'm helping you because I want justice for the man I once loved. Too bad he wasted himself on a whore who couldn't keep his legs shut."
Before I could respond, he hung up. A file with names hit my inbox seconds later.
"So he had a crush on you?" Tae's jealous voice came from behind.
I turned, smiling softly. "If I'd known, maybe I would've chosen him instead of Lee. But now…" I kissed Tae's lips, slow and sealing. "Now I have you. You own my heart, my body, my soul. I've given them all to you."
His arms tightened around me. "And I'll never let them go."
