Upon hearing his words, Luna increased the might of her ability as much as she could. She knew that the drain on her aether - and the aether of her team - would be immense if she did that, but she didn't care.
Right now, the only thing that existed for her was Nero, his looming figure, and those sapphire eyes that seemed to glow in the cold.
The insane chill and drop in temperature caused by her ability froze their entire surroundings. While it was not enough to freeze the metal sword to the point where it would shatter, the same could not be said for its handle.
Luna brought her spear forward - as if to mock Nero with his favourite weapon - and used it to block Nero's attack. The impact from the clash caused the frozen pommel to crack in Nero's grip, loosening his control over the weapon.
