Jace sat in the back seat of his car, staring out the window as they were returning from the airport.
Beside him was Suresh with an equally tense and serious expression.
"I knew it!" Suresh exclaimed, earning himself a glare from his boss.
"It had better be serious," his glare seemed to be saying.
"Boss, the preliminary investigation report just came in and the reports are… disturbing," he said, his voice low and urgent.
"The accident wasn't just a structural failure or a safety lapse. It appears to have been a premeditated act of sabotage aimed at soiling the image of Brandon Corporations."
Jace turned to look at Suresh, his expression unreadable. "Tell me everything you know."
Suresh handed Jace his tablet with detailed reports and images. "Our team found clear evidence of tampering. Support beams were deliberately weakened with tools. It's precise work, done by someone who knew exactly what they were doing. This wasn't an accident..it was an attack."
