His fingers slowly trailed along Hera's neck, then down to her collarbone, each movement deliberate, teasing, and maddeningly slow. It was obvious, Rafael was doing it on purpose, fully aware of the effect he was having on her… and probably enjoying every second of it.
Hera gritted her teeth and pretended not to notice. It was obvious that Rafael was acting out just to get her attention, understandable, considering she'd been away with Xavier overseas for several days.
Anyone could tell how much he missed her. And even without anyone asking, or Xavier saying a word, it was already clear to everyone what had happened between them.
Sharing the same room? It wasn't hard to imagine that Xavier had seized the opportunity. Given how well they knew each other, it was no surprise that Xavier and Hera had slept together.
