Pablo never got to know the name of the Chief but he was surely surprised when he got to know that someone from Earth had arrived in Seraphim.
Cupid had told Pablo that he shall be punished for his sins by the Gods and the Gods had chosen Malvador or Chief to punish Pablo.
Because for them, if anyone could match Pablo, it was the Chief of the special forces who had captured Pablo in the first place.
But the Gods had no clue that Pablo was worse than any Chief.
The Gods had sent the Chief to Seraphim and they had made him born in the slums of Jasper Kingdom. The Kingdom of the Vampires.
The Chief had taken the body of a boy named Malvador and he had gotten the same conditions as Pablo.
