Pablo was finally free from the ashes.
He came out of their hold just by the sheer amount of not wanting to die.
But the experience was surely traumatic as he panted heavily.
Cupid asked him what did he faced to become like this and Pablo answered honestly:
"Death."
He had figured that what he saw about Sera and Draxus was an illusion and to break out of it, he killed those two and then himself.
He wiped the sweat from his face and looked around.
His eyes went to Sera and he asked her the main thing, "Did you feel the illusions too?"
Sera nodded, her hand was in Pablo's hand and he didn't mind it.
"I suddenly saw you behind me, telling me that you love me and then jumping on me. But Andre broke me out of it. I will never forgive him for that."
"He saved your life. Otherwise you would have drowned in the ashes."
"I know. But even if it was an illusion, I felt happy. I deserved at least a few seconds of your love."
Pablo shook his head and looked at Cupid.
