"She certainly has a great talent~" Robin spoke this as she was walking with Yoriichi as she thought what Nojiko said wasn't a lie at all

Yoriichi nodded his head to what Robin said as he couldn't deny her words as he himself Jim saw that map and felt that it was made by an expert

"This island looks peaceful" Robin said this as unliked previous island which was Nami's homeland oppressed by fishmen pirates
"Yeah" Yoriichi replied this as even with his abilities he couldn't sense any violence nearby meaning this place should be pretty safe
Not to mention the more he focused he could feel the presence of kids playing together, people doing jobs to earn daily living and old people enjoying the weather
'Truly peaceful' Yoriichi Inwardly said this as he couldn't agree with what Robin just said and continued to follow Nami

"What do you mean garp?!?" a man asked this question loudly as his tone full of rage while looking at an old man who was eating snacks without being affected by it
The man who asked this question is a tall, fair-skinned, and muscular man with a long, braided goatee and a moustache. His cap covers his hair, which is a large afro.
He is wearing black-rimmed glasses and a white and gold full Marine admiral uniform that is adorned with medals. The most distinctive features of this uniform are a life-size seagull on top of his cap, and his oversized Marine coat which he wears like a cape. His coat has the kanji for justice, in blue, emblazoned on the back, and has unique colored cuffs, with his being white.

"I said I won't go, Sengoku" an old man whose name seems to be Garp replied in a casual tone while he continued to eat his snacks while ignoring him
Garp is a tall, tanned, broad-chested, muscular old man. He has a beard and a scar over his left eye. In the anime, his eye colour is blue, his hair is grey and he is wearing a suit with a navy cape

"I am your superior! You need to follow my orders!!" Sengoku said this in a very loud voice out of frustration as he came near Garp's ears
"I get it, dont shout in my ears!!" Garp said this back in a loud voice as he covered his ears and took a few steps back from Sengoku
"How can a Navy hero sit back and relax while a dangerous criminal roams freely?!?" Sengoku asked this fury at Garp's Causal refusal and attitude
Sangoku said this while he showcased a bounty poster in his hand and the bounty poster is none other than Yoriichi
From the moment Sangoku received the news of Yoriichi in the East Blue, he wanted to send Garp due to the fact that he had been assaulted Celestial Dragon, not once but twice
But the problem is that Garp kept refusing, no matter how many times he asked him which is really a problem because he can't go by himself, so he needed Garp to go
Ever since he knew he beat kizaru, he hesitated to send any other admiral as he doubted it would be any help because from what Kizaru knows Yoriichi has godly reflexes as he was able to counter someone with who power of light
Not only that as the worst part is that kizaru told him Yoriichi seems fo have a mastery of Haki as well as being skilled with a blade
So skilled that he managed to attack Kizaru who moves at the speed of light with his swords covered in haki and he also expected that the sea king's attack was his doing too
Thats the reason he can't be careless and wanted to send Garp who is also one of the strongest forces in the navy as sending other admirals who relied more on the Devil Fruit will be like repeating the same mistake which he cannot afford to make
"Send some admiral or someone else, I am not going" Garp said as he turned a deaf ear to what Sengoku just said and continued to eat
