A man in a cathedral was looking into an ordinary looking priest, aside from what he is wearing, nothing about him is clear, as if he was in the border of reality and imagination.
The priest look into the man in front of him.
All Klein can see is the silhouette of the man wearing a coat, a halft-top hat and cane. Aside from it, everything about him is enveloped in fog, as if he was the embodiment of the unknown itself.
After a few seconds of silence, Klein heard the priest spoke,

The entire cathedral turned silent before the mysterious man spoke with a monotonous tone,

He immediately exited the concealed forest as he began analyzing what just happened.
Abyss...from some of the fragment of my memory, Abyss was stated to be ruled by an existence that made it impossible to be habitable even for demons...Klein exchanged looks with his avatar, hinting them to give their suggestion.
After a few seconds of silence, one of Klein's avatar spoke,

As he said the last sentence, Klein halted his movement. He found it somewhat suspicious. A Goddess called Evernight would let a mortal know "Her" name? She even said it herself.
He turned towards his avatars and said,
"Someone needs to guard the entrance of the abyss. As well as look out for any anomalies."
Of course.By "anomalies", Klein meant the Evernight, it might also be the abyss itself.
The avatar exchange gazes as they contemplated what to do.
Seeing this scene, Klein look blankly at them before suggesting to hold a democratic voting.
The voting ends and the 69th Klein was chosen.
